Great first Chromebook experience
Great product. My first Chromebook and can't fault the experience. Fast to load, responsive touch screen, great display and great sound. Has sync'd seamlessly into my other Pixel products. Despite being a few years out of date with the latest version of Chrome and other apps there is no issue.Very light and easy to use so far great battery life and ability to fast charge as well.Keyboard easy and comfortable to use even long periods of typing.

More handy than a laptop
The device is much more convenient to use than a laptop. It’s very light and the battery life is good. I was wondering if it could do all that a laptop can. To this end I’ve managed to edit Microsoft documents on it, it just takes a bit of getting used to! I use a Microsoft Office account with OneDrive.

Lovely machine .
So far so good . It a lovely machine . Android apps tried so far work as expected . Tried google stadia on it and had no issues . I haven't pushed it to the limits yet so whether it is worth the money or not I don't know . It is a lovely Chromebook though .

Screen not as good as expected
I had read reviews about this model and expected the screen to be far better than it is. The keyboard also takes some getting use to. Trackpad not as good as apple. On the plus side the touch screen is excellent.

*Update* item returned. It is, unfortunately, not windows.Lovely aestheticsScreen mintKeyboard lovelyJust cannot get away with the OSUnable to connect to android phone via bluetooth. Cannot connect to android phone via cable.Too many 3rd party apps required.Apps I.e. amazon and garmin connect do not look good- does not fill screen- almost like looking at a phone - better off using browser.Maybe i was expecting too much from it or expecting it to be as simple as a windows PC (surface pro which we have).With experience in the OS where to find things etc, it will be perfect -Maybe I'll stick with it haha!

issues with blue tooth
Stopped pairing devices by bluetooth (e.g. mouse earphones etc) after 1 week. Wish I knew this before I bought it and im not the only one.!!!Took 16 days to send a replacement, bluetooth does not work on that either.Im asking for a refund and looking to buy a device that works.

Great seller
Great Chromebook. Love everything about it but especially the light weight. Great for when on the move. Also recommend the seller. Had a problem and got it resolved with them quickly.
