My acupuncturist told me to order this instead of using fish oil and I’ve gotten great results with joint mobility. No taste one serving a day.

This was recommended by a functional medicine doctor and I was comfortable with this brand since I also use it for my dog's fish oil. It's also the exact dose of GLA recommended by the doctor. I usually put it in food and never notice a taste or smell. It seems to work really well for my purposes.

Borage oil (and the GLA contained within) is truly an incredible oil. Within weeks of use, the eczema on my wrists and knuckles has completely resolved and been replaced with healthy, moisturized skin. Truly incredible. I do not enjoy capsules, as I am a large person and must take ridiculous amounts of pills to supplement the proper dose. I am also unsure of the long term effects of the glycerin which all capsules are made of, as glycerin itself is a polysaccharide and therefore difficult to digest. My metabolism has also been significantly benefitted from this supplement, as some of my stubborn belly and thigh fat has finally begun to respond to my regimen of sensible exercise and diet. If you are looking for a quality borage oil supplement than look no further! Espero de resultados. Mi nutrióloga lo recomendó. Llevo cercas de un mes. No sabe mal ,pero tiene sabor. Solo tómalo y ya,es tolerable en realidad. Llevo un mes por lo menos consumiendolo después de cenar pero antes de dormir. Es buena marca ,tan ien consumo el Omega 3 de esta marca por mi corazón.

Best oil! My skin loves it.

Just after a few weeks clearing up my skin and I wake up with a woody again, like when I was young. I'll be 60 next month. I do have one issue....can you please have a dropper or other way of despensing the oil? I always spill a good amount trying to get to my mouth. Please? GREAT product.
