These are apparently Z87 rated but are these Z87+ rated?

They are. Says it on the inside of the bridge piece “MS Z87+”

I have prescription glasses, does this fit with my glasses or no?

They are definitely not designed to fit over prescription lenses. However, they are a traditional eyeglass frame, so it's likely you could get your lens lab to create prescription sports lenses (high impact) for this frame.
