The only clean ingredients, fragrance free conditioner I've been able to find, that also actually softens hair and makes it easy to brush. Works well for curly hair. Apply the conditioner and brush out tangles while in the shower for best results. I wish it was less expensive though. It costs more on here than other websites. I have bad allergies and skin reactions to commercial shampoos and conditioners, but this doesn't cause any issues. I recommend using Everyone Soap as a shampoo paired with this, and not the same brand shampoo as the conditioner. I just feel happier with the performance of the Everyone Soap for a shampoo, and it's cheaper per ounce.

Perfect. Ive tried and tried other brands for sensitivity and I keep coming back to Dessert Essence to relieve me of my sensitivities. Again, like their other shampoos are great for sensitivity and they all lather well and rinse easily. This brand cleans the scalp with no residue. Looks like this will be my forever shampoos and conditioners.

This conditioner exceeded my expectations! It is very emollient and makes your hair so smooth. Yet it doesn't weigh your hair down. I have naturally dark blonde hair, with a little gray scattered in, with bleach blonde highlights, and lots of frizz. This conditioner smoothed my hair right down. It even acted like a deep conditioner. I have tried just about every shampoo and conditioner out there and this conditioner is fantastic.

My reasons for ordering this unscented, organic shampoo and conditioner are that 1., I am attempting to incorporate more natural body care products into my life as I cut out synthetic and toxic substances, and 2., so that I can scent the products myself with essential oils that I enjoy and use for aromatherapy purposes. This conditioner accomplishes both of these objectives admirably. One to two drops of EO mixed in with a single application of the shampoo and conditioner (in separate bowls, obviously!) is enough to put a lingering aroma on my hair after everything is rinsed away. It's like perfume for the hair without the chemicals; subtle, not overpowering. If you've read my review of Desert Essence Organics Unscented Shampoo, then pretty much the same points apply here: like the shampoo, it's good on "normal" and/or greasy hair, but it is not especially moisturizing. I found on my "normal" hair it moisturized/conditioned adequately, and when my hair had dried, it was in good condition, but on the drier side (if that makes any sense). Therefore, I would not recommend it for people with hair that requires extra moisturizing. I like Desert Essence and will continue to buy their products as needed.

I have chemical, fragrance, and gluten sensitivities, and have ethnic hair, which has been a nightmare to find something I can handle that works. So far for cheap, V05 orange shampoo and conditioner have been the only brand I have used but smells pretty strong so cannot use all the time. Have to water it down too. I tried product after product even some like seen and curl mix. Either they made my scalp itch all day long or the smell was so foul in the shower it would turn my stomach. This I tried last night and holy moly I was able to comb knots out of my hair! I used just a little and rubbed into my hair in the shower and wow I could not believe the difference! I dont even mind it is more expensive then V05 as you only need a little and I have a lot of curly curly hair. I have had knots in my hair for a month now while trying out the other products that dont work and thought I would have to cut my hair completely off. I am definitely ordering more and my hair will be allowed to grow!!

this shampoo and the conditioner didn’t work for me. Had an allergic reaction. May work for others. It also changed my hair texture.
