Upon first review, hair is soft and has no smell. Definitely 100% human hair. Hair had been installed a week now and sheds, and is becoming stiff. I have not put any product on the hair as I dont want to dry it out anymore. I could have done away with the closure. Ends are thin, and hair is not all one length. Its not bad for the price. This isn't a hair you can keep for multiple installs. I ended up using all 3 bundles. Update: Chris, a memeber of Sayas Company reached out to me about a week ago to ultimately see what the issues were and wanted to take care of it. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive at first. He ended up sending me more bundles which I installed myself. As stated in the first review, no smell and very full bundles. I am impressed at the customer service. Hair is able to take a curl and flows beautifully. Will consider purchasing at a later time.

Ordered this hair to be sewn in for my vacation, needed it within 2 weeks. The shipping/delivery time was quick maybe 3 days which was perfect so I will give them 2 stars. But the hair was not like described. The package is nice, my favorite color purple. Appreciate the free eyelashes and headband. The hair is more of a brownish color than black so I had to dye it. But once I dyed it the body wave is GONE, it doesn't come back. I took a small piece of hair before I dyed it and did a water test on it and it appeared fine (I took a pic of it as well) Now that all the weave is washed and dried it is thin and slightly stringy. Doesn't bounce back to the wave at all. Of course I'm in the salon getting it installed when I'm finding all of this out so I had no choice but to install it, straighten it and make the best of it. But I do NOT recommend this hair at all, unless i got a REALLY BAD batch and I thought I was getting good hair based off all the reviews I read about it. The hair was originally soft and nice, no strange smells, a few different colored strands of hair and thread in the weft. **updated review** The seller contacted me within 3 days and made the issue right. New bundles of 24 and 26 inches will be installed for my next few summer vacations

Shipped fast. Delivered a day early thanks to amazon deliverers. Hair very soft. Each bundle true to length and full. Very minimal shedding like almost none. Thick wefts. No order. IS HUMAN HAIR! Curls great! Wash with cold water!!!! & let air dry for the hair to last a long time! Worth the buy if you’re on a budget! I got 10,12,14 just to try my first time but I’ll be purchasing longer lengths next time! I’m satisfied. Thank you! Also forgot to mention they sent 2 hair ties and a pair of lashes as a gift 😊 hair ties came in handy while I was straightening the hair!!

I'm so glad I bought this product ! This is my golden ticket. The hair is soft. You get more than needed whether you want it full or not. I did a full head sew-in with invisible part and I only needed 1 of the 3 bundles they sent me. And I received 2 gifts. I will deff be ordering from them. The only complaint I have is that the pieces don't seem to size up properly. The 14" is more like 12 and the 12 is more like 10" . And theemds of the hair not thick, they are feathered which is cute, but makes me not want to straighten it because I don't want it to look unhealthy. It's worth the money no doubt! So it's been almost been 2 weeks and my hair is matting in the back. It's horrible and idk y this is happening. After the first I rolled my my hair, it began to Matt. Washing it helped a little. But after a day, it went right back to matting . It's just the back. The sides are fine. Idk if I'm doing something wrong. I'm not buggin about it much tho bc they give you so much that you could always just take the hair out and put a diff bundle in... so that's what imma do

This hair is fantastic! I just wish it was a 1B. It's more close to a 2. No shedding or tangling at all! Very soft and natural looking. I did trim the ends after it was installed. I've had a sew in since Jan 15th. I always leave the front of my own hair out and this hair blended very well with my flat ironed hair. I was able to wash, blow dry and flat iron this hair ONCE A WEEK. I never had an issues with blow drying the hair - it still maintained it's look and softness. Buy this product! You will be happy you did especially at this price. This was my first online "bundle" purchase and I was not disappointed. 16 16 18

UPDATED review !!!!! This hair was delivered on April 27th. I cowashed and installed the next day. I’ve reinstalled the hair since the initial sew in. I usually keep my sew in for a month and reinstall especially because I wear closures and tightening isn’t enough for me. I work out and sweat and etc etc. Pros: The closure is bomb! Free part- soft lace- and there wasn’t a need to bleach. The hair is silky and smooth. It feels amazing! Shedding is and tangling is minimal. Hold curls well and I only use flexi rods. Hair also flat irons very well. Cons: I noticed there were some “fillers” in the hair. At the nape of my neck... there was some tangling. Literally a ball of hair... so I deep conditioned the hair and it resolved the issue. However, you may have to deep condition bi-weekly. The hair is great for the price and I encourage everyone to purchase if you’re looking for affordable hair. Initial review is below. ************* Initial review The hair was packaged fairly well. I received some free eyelashes and a headband. The hair had a very faint smell. I washed and conditioned the hair before installing myself. I’ve had the hair in for two days and right now, it’s great! Barely any shedding (maybe 3 strands). The hair hold curls very well. The hair flows and has a ton of body. So far, this hair is everything. I will post another review after about 2 weeks and then another review after 2 months before removing. I only leave my installs in for 2 months. The hair was soft and had a good texture. The ends are little thin compared to the top of the bundles. The closure appeared to be of good quality it was very easy to bleach the knots. The only issue I had was after 2 weeks of my clients install the closure became tangled and lost a tremendous amount of hair. It was super thin I was able to move the part to cover but I can only image what another 2 weeks will look like. This closure will have to be replaced at week 4. If I was aware before her appointment I would have replaced it at 2weeks.
