No More Sliding Glasses! Amazing Grip.
These Setex nose pads are a game-changer for anyone whose glasses constantly slide down their nose. The microstructured fiber technology provides an incredible grip that works even when my skin is oily or sweaty. They are very thin and comfortable, so I barely notice they are there, yet they keep my frames perfectly in place all day. The adhesive is strong and stays put, but they are also easy to replace when needed. This 5-pack is a great value and has significantly improved my daily comfort while wearing glasses.

These are amazing
These saved my ray ban meta displays. They are very heavy and it was destroying my nose these are thin and fit perfectly. I love the feel of these over the ray ban pad. They stick well and hold the glasses to my nose very well super impressive thank you so much for a good product

Comfortable!
These nose pads are much more comfortable than others I have tried. My glasses always leave indentations on my nose, and my current pair sits a bit too low on my nose as well. These 1mm thick pads, stop the sliding down my nose, ended the painful indentations, and lifted the glasses just enough to align more correctly with my progressive lenses. I received them 11/25/25, put them on immediately, and they stayed on until just after Christmas. I did not wash my glasses or use cleaning spray (from my optometrist) during that time - I only wiped them with a dry glasses cleaning cloth. I would definitely recommend these to a friend. Four stars only because I wish they had stayed on longer, as these are fairly expensive.

They work well but don't last long
I've been using these for a bit over a month and since they last 2 weeks at most, I feel I can accurately describe the life cycle now that I'm on my 3rd installation. First, my glasses situation. I recently switched to big black framed glasses after years of wearing small rectangular wire frames with rubber nose pads. On top of that change, I had lots of adjustment issues and the college kid at my ophthalmologist's office messed with the frames so much that the arms have zero clamp on my head. Thus, they skate down my nose the second my head moves. My search for relief lead me to these Setex pads in black. Here's the installation process I've been following: Wipe the frame's nose area with a bit of isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. Then grab a pad with tweezers and ever so carefully place it where you think it should be. Hopefully you get it in the right spot so you don't have to peel it off again. Then do your best to place the other one in roughly the same place on the other side. With some patience, the pads won't be at odd angles or different heights. Now the glasses stick to your face, just as promised. It feels a little weird, like they're suctioned to your face at first, but no more slipping and it's great. A note before I continue with the review: the move to these larger frames gave me a whole world of eye pain that my ophthalmologist blamed on the thickness of the lenses, the size increase, and that my eyes were just used to my old glasses. I went back 4 times for adjustments and finally found a guy who realized they'd measured my head wrong and the center was in the wrong spot. The lenses were replaced but it barely helped; they insisted this was normal and I just had to wear them and get used to the change. Eventually my old glasses broke and I had no option but to wear these so I powered through a couple days of bad headaches and finally they felt normal. At least, until these pads ever so slightly raised the location of the glasses on my face, and brought the headaches back. That's not the pad's fault, but it's something I didn't really think about when purchasing. It was only a short period of discomfort and my eyes once again adjusted and things were fine. Again, not the pad's fault but on the chance this problem really is normal, it's something you might want to keep in mind. Back to these pads, after about a week, you notice they're slipping a bit. Not bad, but if you tilt your head down, they start sliding ever so slightly. A quick wipe of the pad with your finger reveals they've been acting like oil sponges and are feeling a bit slick. Not smooth plastic slick, but slick enough to slide a bit. I should note I don't have an oily face, I'd say my skin is normal and thanks to winter and the pandemic, I haven't left my house or exerted myself so I can't blame sweat or abnormally oily conditions. A few wipes with a finger or maybe a shirt and you'll be back to mostly normal, for now. Jump forward another week and one day your glasses will feel weird on your face and you'll see the adhesive has given up and now the pads are sliding around. Congratulations, you've reached the 2 week maximum life of the pads and now you have to start over with a new set. I'm disappointed in the 2 week life span. I'm on my 3rd set today after a month of use and there's 3 sets left in the container so you get a maximum of 2.5 months out of a purchase. I worry that summer time and some outdoor movement will cut this lifetime in half and at that point, they won't be worth the money. I'll probably go back to the metal frames with rubber pads later this year since this isn't worth the hassle. In conclusion, I'm happy with them now, not sure how I'll feel in warmer months but the 2 week annoyance is better than daily sliding glasses. TLDR: Put them on carefully, in 1 week they'll get slick with oil, in 2 weeks the adhesive gives up and you get to start over. Still better than slippery glasses.

Great fit
I love these things. I got them thick bc I donโt like my eyelashes touching the lenses and these work great. Iโve bought other products that are not as effective as these. These are comfortable and the first pair lasted me about 1.5 months. I donโt mind it bc I really like them and I will continue to buy them.

They work perfect and my glasses donโt slip anymore and fit so much better. I put them on 4 pairs of glasses .

Will never go back
Made a huge difference. Without these, my glasses were always sliding down my nose and I noticed I was constantly tensing up my facial muscles to try to keep the glasses from sliding down. With the Setex Gecko Grips, the problem is reduced around 90%. I got three weeks out of the first set before the adhesive began to fail. They do eventually lose some of their grip, but some very gentle cleaning with an alcohol pad restores much of their grippiness.

Just what I needed!
Update : Unfortunately I am going to have to knock a couple stars after some use with these. Everything I mentioned previously hold true, they grip amazingly well! The issue is the adhesive. I wish they used a bit stronger 3M adhesive. The stuff they use is a gel adhesive one thing I learned real quick, they do not hold up in high temps for long. It's summer time now and that means temps averaging 80s to 90s right now and that not including humidity in my area. Unless you plan on staying inside all the time when it's hot out, the adhesive on these pads will deteriate in no time. It literally will ooze out from under the pad until eventually enough has oozed out from the heat that the pads simply will not hold on to the glasses any longer. I know 3M makes better adhesive that is stronger in heat and still removable and for the price these are being charged for, really shouldn't be skimping on it. So if you live in a mild to cool climate even in the summer times, these will be perfect. If your living down south where even 100 degrees heat isn't anything new, be prepared to be cleaning and changing these out in relatively short time. Original Review : I just got a new pair of glasses about a week ago and they are my first pair of full frames. So I never had glasses without nose pads before. The glasses seemed to have fit well but did notice the bottom of my frames rested lightly on my cheeks and of course through out the day my noise gets oily and if it's warm inside and/or outside, there is added sweat. As for the frames resting on my cheeks I suppose I could have taken them back to be adjusted but I didn't really want to deal with that as it didn't seem much lift was really needed. So I thought hmmm they make nosepads for full frames don't they? And of course they do! The ones I ordered are in the standard 1mm size and in color black. I didn't want clear because from past experience with my other glasses over time the oils will turn the color of the clear to yellow and just looks horrible at that point even after washing them off. Figure with black, the oils won't be able to change the color and will look nice. Besides my frames are slightly opaque slate gray. So I'm direct light you can see through the frames but in low light the slate gray color looks solid. So black matched perfectly for me too. They come in a small round container inside a pouch packaging. The D shape matches my frames nose bridge shape perfectly and has a 3M sticky pad on the backside. I've seen other reviews of others having issues getting them lined up and sticking on but luckily for me that wasn't an issue. First I make sure to clean the nose bridge of my glasses really well and being completely dry. Then I held nosepad between my finger and thumb by the edges and peeled the cover off the tape side. Carefully lined it up and gently sat it on my frames nose bridge in case I needed to make small adjustments to straighten it out. Once I had it where I wanted simply added pressure all over the pad to be sure it stuck well to the frames. With both installed now and trying on my frames the pads did indeed lift my frames up just a small bit and now they no longer rest on my cheeks! Not only that they really don't look all that noticable to me. They don't seem to be slipping down but of course time will tell. I will say though they do have a nice grip to them. Also I will have to fight the urge to constantly want to push them even I don't have to (dang memory muscle). The price may seem a little bit high but you get quite a few pairs in case you ever need to replace them. In time I'll see how well the grip holds and if I'll run into any issues with the 3M tape losing it's adhesion as other reviews have mentioned happened to them. I'll follow up with an update on those qualities. Though as my first day review with them, they did lift my glasses off my cheeks exactly like I wanted and seem to grip well so far. With that said, as of now I highly recommend these.
