Kashkaval Cheese, ESKI Kasar (Tahsildaroglu) 350g

I have never had an issue with this product before or the seller. Until I received my last shipment from their store, I was raised eating this cheese, so I do know what texture it should be, in addition, it wasn't my first time buying it from international goods depot.Their product was excellent, until as I have stated this last shipment.I do understand it might be a one time thing, but, the way they have delt with the issue was to say the least horrible.The cheese I got this time was as dry as a carton, this cheese is very oily you can feel the oil on your hands once you open it, when I opened this one not only was it dry, but, the usual aging smell was not there, and it had white dots on it everywhere.I emailed the seller for a refund or to send a replacement this was their first reply:Dear Customer We are sorry to heard that and we never had any problem with this one. Also as you know we are not manufacture , we are re-seller. We will notified our supplier and manufacture. Also this item oily but not too much. This old kashkaval cheese not for grill and this cheese must be hard and less oily. We recommend our customer for grill or melting toast kashkaval or halloumi. For your information.
