This is as close to homemade as I've found. The heat came at the end of an initial sweet crunchy with distinct pickle bite. Great condiment for beans stews. I will buy again.

I didn't know what to expect from this relish, but it is the best relish I've ever had with the perfect blend of sweetness and spices. It's spicy, but certainly not hot and it has a great flavor.

Wanted to try based on product on some cooking shots. Good texture and flavor, but... HOT? Black pepper has more heat than the product.

A great accompaniment to dogs and burgers. Better than the typical sweet relishes in supermarkets. It has more liquid than other relishes so it's better to drain a little by applying with fork instead of a spoon. This potential utensil violation could cause a soggy bun.

This Chow Chow is the real thing . Taste great and has good spice , I love it ! Been looking for a long time for a Chow Chow I tried in Memphis 15 years ago. This is it , plan on me coming back to buy more.

I particularly care for Tennessee's unique flavor and spice combinations. I use it on barbeque items, dogs and burgers on the grill wia spicy deli mustard for my dogs. I matched spicy mustard with bacon jelly, chow chow, and bbq sauce on my burgers..it definitely is a great combo, i enjoy for a change of pace. Try it for a culinary adventure.
