Tiny T. Rex and the Very Dark Dark: (Read-Aloud Family Books, Dinosaurs Kids Book About Fear of Darkness)

My little one loves Tiny T-Rex books, and this book was no exception. Very cute, precious story, and a great bedtime read!

This book is requested by my children (ages 3 and 5) over and over again. They repeat things in the book all the time. I also love quoting Tiny's mom myself. I highly recommend and hope to purchase a copy one day. It is one I know my children will remember when they're grown and want to read to a young one. Adorable and creative!

Really great story about overcoming being scared of the dark. Easy to read and my four year old could follow along easily.

This second installment was absolutely adorable. My two year old LOVES dinosaurs and he loved his first Tiny T Rex book. This one didn’t disappoint. He understood the being afraid of the dark lesson right from the first read. Tiny and pointy are too cute. I hope someday soon there’s merchandise. He’d love a tiny stuffed toy. Update: my son still talks about the very dark dark. We even went camping over the summer and he talked about looking for the lights in the sky like Tiny. We love this series!

Little kids, under 5 or 6, will love and enjoy this book, especially if they love dinosaurs. I absolutely love Jay Flecks illustrations. He has a whimsical and unique style in his illustrations. The story will engage kids who are afraid of the dark and uses silly words to make it humorous. There is a cute ending, but not much substance in any lesson that is taught.

My kids love this story! It also is great for any kids that are nervous about the dark. It is part of a series and they have great holiday themed books too!

Tiny T. Rex is one of my go to gifts for friends’ having baby showers or their little kid’s birthdays.

These books are all adorable, but I especially like this one. It demonstrates problem solving, dealing with fear, and it's super cute. I think labelling this as 3-5 is inaccurate, my 6 year old still loves these books, they're definitely for all kids still reading picture books.

I boughtv this for my 6 year old grandson who is special needs and unnerved by darkness. He loves the story but especially I enjoyed using this book to reinforce his natural 'adventurism' after dark. It was a nice choice of gift which he enjoyed greatly. However, I would recommend for a younger age.
