I have a bad allergy to PPD. I done the patch test with this and it was fine, no burning ect but this did not make any difference to my hair AT ALL. After rinsing my hair looked the same as it did before it went on, everything was done properly, my hairdresser done it for me as she knows i can't use the one's they have in the shop because of my allergies...Total waste of money. Update: The patch test results took longer than they should have. I had washed it off but it obv was still in my skin as i now have burns where i done them and even though it didn't take to my hair it has still burnt my scalp and my ears and scalp are sore and itchy.

Only not given 5 star because it was darker than expected. I am allergic to everything to do with brown dye. Even eyebrow dye. I have stayed away from my naturally dark roots and even when washing out I've not been itchy once. I even used left over dye to do my eyebrows which has worked a treat. I will definitely be signing up for subscribe and save. This is a revelation for me after over 12 years of finding the right product. Thanks 😊

Not light chestnut . More like darkest brown. Be mindful when buying

I bought this hair dye with the belief that it would be more gentle than commercial box dyes. Unfortunately, I had to wash this product out quicker than the developing time as it was stinging my scalp so badly. I’ll never buy this again.

Less itching than with other dye. Colour is a fair bit darker than I was expecting. Fortunately, I have had dark hair previously and it suits me fine. Lighter complexions may be shocked however as it is way darker than the box.

I liked the fact it took only 10 mins to activate but I may have chosen the wrong shade as it's darker than anticipated. However, seems fine otherwise.
