Great fit and good checkering, the color is also a nice red/brown.

Fit and finish is perfect. Checkering is sharp and provides a good grip. Will need short bushings. If you are looking for thin rose wood grips, these are the ones. Fits perfect on a full size Colt or clone. The only thing to consider is the screws. They do look great but require a torx head wrench to get on and off. The wrench is provided, be sure to keep up with it. The screws that came with my grips were black, not the gold looking ones in the picture.

I didn't use these myself but gave them to a friend who really liked them. Extremely thin and the checkering felt nice. Wood not very pretty. Expected nicer figure them being rosewood

The grips fit perfect. I purchased these grips to change from the plain ugly black grips to something that would make the gun pop. Instead of being black on black, it's now wood on black and looks awesome.

Looks great and feels great. Easy installation if you have the short bushings for it.
