Sweet flavor and mild spice
I really like this sauce. It is fruity and has a nice peppery flavor. It is on the lower end of spicy, but it's too hot for my kids, so it isn't nothing. The bottle is awesome for controlling how much you use.

Mild but tangy, with excellent flavor and a hint of sweetness
I bought this because it was featured on Hot Ones, and looked tasty. I was not disappointed. So many hot sauces have vinegar as the top ingredient, and are thus, well, vinegary. Not this one. The first ingredient is pineapple, followed by yellow peppers and onion. Vinegar doesn't show up until fourth, followed by habanero peppers. As a result, the sauce is very flavorful with a hint of pineapple sweetness. It's not very hot, so if you don't like hotter sauces, or you just want a bit of tanginess rather than spice, this is a good one. It's rated at 12,200 scoville units, which placed it third on the list in the Hot Ones episode. That's where most guests first start noticing spice, but before they start noticing the burn. The company describes this as their hottest sauce yet, so they appear to specialize in flavorful sauces from the lower end of the spiciness spectrum, which is not a bad thing. This sauce is excellent on low-end burritos (like the microwavable ones from grocery stores), breakfast sandwiches, or in mac and cheese, adding a good flavor to an otherwise bland product. And of course it's excellent on pork, fish, or just about anything else you might eat from a luau.

Good Flavor, Weak Heat, High Price
The flavor is good, but the heat level is pretty underwhelming. For something marketed as hot sauce, it barely has any kick. On top of that, the price is hard to justify—$13 for just 6 ounces feels steep, even considering it’s a Canadian import. Overall, not bad tasting, but definitely not worth the cost if you’re looking for real heat.

Hot flavor!
A perfect balance of habanero spice and taste.

So good with pizza.
This is one of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had, not too hot but not wimpy either. I decided to mix it into my ranch dressing on pizza night…amazing. Get this now.

GOAT hot sauce
This is my favorite hot sauce of all time. I have tried over 100 hot sauces and this one is the best, especially on pizza or eggs!

Good flavor, but mild.
Sauce has a good consistency. Not too runny. Could be a touch thicker, but it's ok. The thing that surprised me was how mild it was. The pineapple flavor is definitely very prominent and at the forefront. You feel a subtle note of the Habanero heat on the tail end about a second or 2 later. They mark the heat of this sauce as close to hot but imo it should be mild. I would put this one notch under like a regular Tabsco in terms of heat. If you like a mostly fruity pineapple flavor with just a hint of heat then this is the sauce for you. For my taste I prefer a little more heat so I will probably go elsewhere. But the flavor is still good overall and I will use it up.

Would drink it straight, if it weren't so expensive
I know they say "no sauce goes on EVERYTHING" but I gotta say that this one comes pretty close. I find the sweetness to be more prominent than the heat, but it's because of that fact that it's so damn delicious! I swear I could drink this stuff straight from the bottle, and if it didn't cost so dang much I probably would. Sadly, you don't get enough to play around with and I find myself savouring every drop, using it as sparingly as I can. If you want HOT sauce, this is a good addition to an already strong collection, as it's heat (despite being habanero) will leave you wanting more. Might be spicy for some, but I felt almost 0 lingering mouth tingle. Makes it easy to go back for more but when compared to a Marie Sharpe or something similar, the heat is just not there. Still a 9/10 imo, absolutely worth a shot and, because it's not very hot, it makes an excellent gift for just about anybody, without having an understanding of their spice tolerance.

Mild heat
Flavoursome and not overly hot. Pineapple flavour comes through well. Great dipping sauce if you don't want anything too fiery.

Bright, fruity, and a proper slow burn — instant favourite
This one hits all the right notes — tangy pineapple up front, then a warm habanero heat that creeps in without overpowering. It’s not blow-your-head-off spicy, but it definitely earns respect. Great balance. Tried it on tacos, grilled chicken, even pizza — works on pretty much anything you want to lift with a bit of sweet heat. Texture’s smooth, pour control is spot on, and it’s got that premium small-batch feel. Definitely one I’ll keep stocked. If you like flavour-forward heat without just pain, this one delivers.

Just what I was looking for.
A perfect mix of sweet and spicy makes this the right sauce for me. I love pineapple and love a little kick in my sandwiches and over fries etc, this is brilliant for that. It has a slightly more vinegar taste than some hot sauces and is slightly watery but I found that half a dozen drops were perfect for sandwiches and as much as you need over fries. The heat level isn’t too high for me but I did find it actually cleared my throat during a summer cold when cough medicine didn’t so that was an unexpected bonus. Overall the taste is just what I want with that sweet pineapple taste with a beautiful little kick in the back of your throat that only lasts a very short while, which means you can eat a lot of it and enjoy every single bite. Brilliant hot sauce.
