First of all I was very impressed with the delivery ordered 7pm Tuesday night it was delivered Thursday morning with no damages it is simple to put together takes 30 mins but better if you use your own tools the tensioner works really well and the brake is good too nice touch having a free water bottles and I am 5”10 the handle bars are not quite at the top of the adjustment and the seat can come up one more notch but if you are about 6”1 it may not suit you....overall the bike is very stable well built but still quite easy to move about and is easily able to accommodate 120kgs can highly recommend this bike and one of the best prices for what you get

My partner put this together not too complicated. I am a heavy lady and it feels sturdy. Be good it handle bars could go a bit higher or change position but thats just little things I'd like.

What can I say, I purchased this bike rather than similar other products based on the description stating it was suitable for taller people and how this years model has been adjusted to suit taller individuals. Well I would say this product is suitable for people not taller than 5’9’’. The seat post is short and the seat post housing is really low, not a good combination. I’m 5’11’’ and I need another 3 clicks at least to get it in the correct position. What’s more interesting is the handlebars seem very far away indeed. So for someone shorter, who could reach the pedals, would then struggle to reach the handle bars. I contacted the company twice asking if I had been given previous model (ie for shorter people) or if they could supply a longer seat post and all I got in response was ‘it’s suitable for people up to 6ft’. And that was it. It’s like they don’t even read messages fully. All I can say is this is a bike for Orangutans, long arms and short legs.

The bike is not too good for taller people. The other half is 5 foot 8 and still struggles with the seat height being too low. The bike has been continously falling apart since purchase. It takes some maintenance to keep going. The first part to fall off was the parts of the peddle that keep your feet secured on the peddle. Next the belt needed adjustments, now the resistance dial has completely broken so no resistance can be applied to the wheel.
