Do they support breast for cardio movements or they let it jump?

I'm a 42DD, and find this bra provides very minimal support. It's fine for me to do yoga in (I don't hang all over the place, if you get what I mean), but I wouldn't be comfortable in them doing any sort of more strenuous activity.

I’m a 36C, what size should I get?

I also wear a 36C and bought a Large based on the size chart; they were far too loose on me. I know this bra is only supposed to offer "medium" support but the straps were very loose and there was a significant amount of space in the cups. I returned the Larges and am waiting on Mediums.

I am 38D. What size should I get?

I am not sure. I bought large for my granddaughter who is a 36A & it is perfect for her.

How do you keep the pads from shifting while wearing? ?

The pads are inserted in a pocket inside the bra and are thin enough and the pocket is the right size so I have not had trouble with shifting
