These noodles are very tasty and nutritional. I use them for all sorts of dishes.

Delicious. As expected. Simplified cooking instructions. (Traditional method is to boil water, stir in noodles. Bring back to a boil for a couple minutes, add a cup of cold water; repeat 3x.) Would be nice if they weren't so pricey. But they are imported from Japan & definitely better texture than mushy US products. I'll buy again.

I love the taste of these. I often make soups with homemade stocks and toss in some veggies when the noodles are al dente (I would love to see what Google translate does with that). Love the flavor and texture of these noodles; although, I will probably be struck by lightening one of these days for my heretical practice of snapping the bundles of noodles in half before tossing them in the pot. Ah, yes, I've also use these as a base for mussels, tossing those in slightly before al dente, so the noodles are not al mushy when the mussels pop open. I will say that I happened to wander in to a Korean grocery store south of me in Hopewell Junction and found these for 1/3 the price. As with all items Amazon, beware. Even at the Amazon prices, they are a good value for $$$/circular-belly_rubs. I also admit that I transfer these to a Ziploc bag when I first open the package, so they don't absorb ambient moisture in the pantry. For shipping, the packaging is fine and if you don't live in some place like the tropical Hudson Valley, you may very well not have to do this.

It is easy to prepare.

Love it! Love it! Only cooked it 5 minutes and served with seafood in white wine and cream sauce with a little bit of Parmesan. Delicious and healthy. (recommending researching buckwheat)

Top quality Japanese soba

Delicious as expected

Very decent price for such quality soba. This Japanese soba is a bit different from what I usually have in a good way. It comes with slight salty hint of tea flavour, I personally felt it tasted better than Chinese soba I usually have ( which tasted more rough n bitter as buckwheat ). It tasted very pleasant with either soy bean paste or various of marinated toppings. As for those who felt their soba noodles gluey, cook the noodle for 3 mins instead of 5 and please try quickly rinse the noodles with cold water then drain it. Asian noodles are not necessarily to be water-boiled hot so long your paste or toppings or soup is warm enough.
