I Need something for my succulents, looks like something is eating them? I don't know what kind they are I have 3 different ones.

Have you notice tiny white webbing dots on them? If so they have Mealybugs. Mealybugs are the most tenacious of succulent pests. Others pests could be Aphids or Fungus. If it turns out you have Mealybugs. I mix in a spray bottle equal parts of 97% rubbing alcohol & water and spray the succulents thoroughly. You will need to replant them in new soil. Good Luck.

my pump is not working, so how many teaspoons is 8 pumps?

Each pump should be about 1 TABLEspoon, give or take… general rule to help, you can always add a little as you go… you can’t un-feed/water a plant. (Unless you completely repot the plant).
