This is good quality tape that is holding my carpets and rugs down perfectly. It was easy to cut using a knife as instructed and the backing paper was easy to remove. The only difficulty was removing the outer cellophane as it had stuck to the side of the roll. Very strong and good value

Wow this tape is great. Had to secure a large rug due to mobility problems after a knee op and this has worked a treat. Rugs stay put so don't have to worry about then bunching up and becoming trip hazard.

It is very tough and held my rug in place with incredible force. When I got rid of my rug, I used a hairdryer to soften it sufficiently to pull up from carpet (worked well). However, it left an unsightly mess on carpet which I am now tackling through a rigorous regime of steam cleaning/stain removal products. If I had my time again, I would just use a small amount on the corners of the rug rather than using a full strip. I guess I went overboard as there was so much on the roll. You live and learn.

Great tape bought it for a rug as it moved every time you stood on it, it was on a carpet and the tape has held it in place great.

Used this to help stick my run down. Really worked at first but soon wore off and the rug started to slip again. Then it’s difficult to remove off the floor

Used to fix a large bedroom rug in place. I started trying to tape down only the corners but found it better to tape it fully down on all sides. This rig has not moved a millimeter in 1 year and has been set inside the door and seen constant traffic. The adhesive is super strong once fully bonded but also forgiving enough if you need to adjust within the first few minutes of setting down.

Does a great job. This really does work as we stuck a nice of carpet mat onto carpet to stop it moving. Also stuck runner mats in hallway to carpet to stop them moving. Very impressed and would definitely buy again. Easy to use.

After years of constantly straightening my area rugs they stay in place and the tape is quality so far sticking perfectly and not having to replace as it loses holding power in higher traffic areas.

I bought this tape to secure some area rugs that kept sliding around on my hardwood floors, and I am honestly impressed by the grip. It anchors them down completely—even with my dogs running over them, the corners don't lift or shift at all. A helpful tip for application: This stuff is extremely sticky (which is good!), but it means you have to be careful when peeling the backing. I found it easiest to stick the tape to the rug first, press it down firmly, and then peel the paper liner off slowly just before flipping it onto the floor. If you try to do it too fast, it can stick to your fingers or itself. It’s also thin enough that you don't feel a "bump" under the rug, which was a concern of mine. If you need a heavy-duty hold for high-traffic areas, this is the one to get.
