excellent spices for marinating. beware the hot is truly HOT
awesome flavor. the hot one is truly spicy hot. my wife wanted nothing to do with it but I enjoyed the heck out of it. the regular was perfect and was just like a jerk chicken shack in Jamaica.

The best
I use all the time to make my oxtails the hot is a little too hot from my husband. I always try to settle it down for him. Either way he eats it cause it’s good. Lol my husband is a little tender, but the seasoning is good. Packaging is always been great. Seal has never been broke. Smells amazing.

Loved since 1996
We have loved this brand of Jerk seasoning since it was introduced to us by a Jamaican friend in 1996 who came to stay a couple of weeks with us from England. She cooked the most delicious Jamaican meal for us and had brought an extra jar of this for us to use after she left. I have used it ever since. For us the Hot is just right but I use the Mild seasoning depending on who I'm cooking for. The spices in this Jerk seasoning are delicious.

Add a little spice mon... Bold and dark.
Both of these have that wonderful, earthy, dark flavor, while the spicy one adds a little kick. I used it on chicken breast and skewers. Delicious.

Vacation in a bottle
This is a beginner friendly seasoning. It is very versatile. I use it on everything. Fish,chicken,shrimp, beef and eggs. If you are unsure on how to use it all you need to do is use it as a marinad. Zip lock bag, fridgerate and cook. Simple. The hot is 🔥🔥🔥 the mild is still spicy. Some may need orange or pineapple juice to help the heat. Package can be alot better but so far I had no broken jars.

Yah, mon! Quite good...
Though it is difficult to replicate the true flavor of Jamaican jerky you can get on the island, I've been able to get fairly close with this rub. I have used some dry rubs in the past, but find that the Grace rub gets me as close to the real thing as anything I've tried outside of Jamaica.

Delicious but use with caution if you don't like spicey
Marinating any meats with this rub adds amazing flavour. Brings me right back to the good old days in Jamaica.
