I had been browsing for a bunch of towels that I originally intended to use around the house for basic cleaning and discard when it became too spoilt. The plan was to buy a big pack so that it will last me a year or more. That is when I came across these towels and I decided to give it a try. These towels turned out to be absolutely amazing and are fantastic value for money! The first towel from this set was used for cleaning the windows of my house to test how well it wicks away the glass cleaner and also check how much lint it left. This towel absorbs water and moisture really well, and left a bit of lint initially but it came down after each rinse. Then I used it on the bathroom mirrors, and on the tub. Again, the towel did a mighty good job of cleaning both. When I rinsed the towel I noticed that it quickly got rid of the accumulated grit, and a solid squeeze made it feel moderately dry. This towel becomes fully dry quickly too. Pretty satisfied with how it performed so far, I used another on the kitchen top. Here too, I was very pleased with the results. After this, I took a new one out and used it for my bike maintenance. This means cleaning the disc brakes, and using it around the bike while I degreased and greased the chains and such. This thing again did a pretty good job. This was the only towel on which I had to put a bit of effort to cleanse it after the use, because of the accumulated lubricants. Even then it cleaned up pretty well after drying (I was ready to throw this one out if it didn’t look good after cleaning). I know you all would be looking at buying these towels for various applications around the house. I believe these will fit the bill quite nicely. Except for a tiny bit of lint left initially, there is nothing I can really critique on these towels. Quite happy so far with the purchase!

These towels are perfect! I bought these for use in my small business, to clean hands, table tops, electronics and more, while not creating a stream of paper waste. We make and sell dehydrated pet treats, which can leave a greasy film on your fingers, and these towels work better than any other type of towel I’ve use yet, to keep employee hands grease-free! Since bringing them into my business (Nov. 2020) I have also stopped buying paper towels for my house, and now we these instead! They have a roughish texture, so I just wrap them around the old paper towel tube and they grip to each other nicely for ease of dispensing. I have also brought them into our commercial kitchen to use instead of the typical bar mop towels. Kitchen staff loves them! These towels might be thin, not sewn beautifully, and have a rougher texture, but they are a spot on replacement for typical commercial style pull down paper towels. They absorb liquid wonderfully!!! Don’t be fooled by the initial look or “thin” feel. They wash well and come out of the dryer a tiny bit wrinkly, but prompt folding helps with that. Oh - and the package goes on and on forever! I will be using these in my restrooms as washable hand towels once our current stock of paper towels runs out! Again - these are great!

When these arrived, I removed them from the package, confirmed there was no plastic or cardboard, and threw the lot of them in the washer as the brick they were. They put off a LOT of lint in the dryer, but dried reasonably quickly. They aren't all perfectly square, a great many or a bit wonky, and not all of them are perfectly true to the 12x14 size. This doesn't matter to me. I got these to replace most uses of paper towels in my kitchen. I have a box tucked away with these towels stacked neatly inside, and next to it is an old garbage can I use as a hamper for the dirty ones. I use these to mop up liquid spills. Clean up messes that will dirty a dishcloth beyond rinsing clean enough for another use. Spills on the floor. Laying on the counter to dry something that won't fit in my dish drainer. Oiling my wood cutting board and spoons. They have almost entirely replaced paper towels in my kitchen, which was the goal. I believe the only thing I still use paper towels for are the few things that need to be wrapped in the microwave. These were stupid cheap, so I don't have to worry about how I treat them, or if one gets damaged beyond saving here and there like I'd have to with some pricier but prettier and more durable options. They perfectly suit what I wanted. My once a week load of kitchen laundry is now guilt free since it isn't just a literal handful of towels and dishcloths. And I have what amounts to rags for dirty jobs around the house. I'd just highly recommend cleaning the lint trap halfway through drying them after the first wash so you don't burn your house down.

I use these in place of paper towels. I use them once and put them in a separate bucket and wash them all together. They are thin but hold up well in the washer and most stains come out. You get so many you can throw away those that are stained. I haven't bought paper towel in months. I keep them in my pantry to keep them handy. My husband started using them when he paints. They work well to wipe up spills or clean up.

To be honest, brand new in the package they look dirty. I don't think they actually are dirty, but that's the shade. They are also very thin and I can't imagine they will last long. The only reason I didn't return them was that I needed them immediately for a clean out job. Disappointing.

There is nothing really deceptive about the product description but I just found them less absorbent than I wanted. I also found them to be a bit too shaggy and they shed a lot of long threads. I think they are better suited as wash/grease rag. Overall, they are reasonably priced for what they are....just not quite what I like.

These are excellent for wiping up spills and accidents. After use, I rine them and throw them in a small bucket with some baking soda instead of bleach, and dump the bucket in the washer once a week. They don’t seem to hold stains, and I have yet had to discard any for being too soiled to use. After washing, rip or cut the loose strand to control their formation. They are really not that soft, but they don’t have to be for what they do. They are advertised as being 14x17, but the ones I got were only 14x14, but they are easy to use and seem to absorb mo liquid than a 12x12 wash cloth. One thing that is extremely important is to wash them and dry them before using them, because they give off an enormous amount of lint the first time they are dried. I washed 1/2 of them (30) at a time and dried each load separately. I also checked them every 15 minuets in he dryer. They get extremely hot because thy are 100% cotton and the huge amount of lint covers the lint filter screen about 3/4” thick in 15 minutes. You could start a dryer fire with that much dry cotton lint. They do not produce that abnormal amount of lint after the first wash, but you are only washing a few with other things.

We buy these for our cleaners to clean all of our properties, they last a long time and wash easy, even using javex they are great material.
