So this was my first time cooking with Korean Glass Noodles. I have made a lot of Asian dishes throughout my life as I grew up next door to a lady (like my 2nd mom) from Japan. But recently began getting interested in Korean cuisine. The flavors are always amazing and the food is just so healthy! I made Japchae (twice now) and you can get so creative with using the Glass Noodles in varying dishes/ways. I have a cousin (also my best friend) who is such a fantastic cook as well and we're always sharing recipes and creative dishes. I loved using the Glass Noodles so much I also purchased a bag for her and am putting together a chefs basket with Korean recipe books and also a Korean clay hotpot and a fancy set of four soup spoons and chopsticks set I also found on Amazon. I always enjoy finding items made from their home countries and purchase internationally imported ingredients because you just cannot replace flavors from originally grown or made ingredients like this Korean Glass Noodle! If you love to cook like I do and try new dishes (and trust me on this...Japchae is one of the easiest, fun and tasty recipes to make..have fun including some of your favorite veggies in it as well) these noodles are absolutely perfect! Easy to cook and prepare. Just note to cook them toward the end of your prep work so they don't get stuck together and begin drying out again! Get them in your sauce, toss them around and enjoy!!! Highly recommend these Korean Glass Noodles. I won't buy any other brand.

I love these noodles! I use them in all my soups! Just cook them long enough so they aren’t too chewy but not long enough to go mushy!

I bought these to recreate an Asian flavored dish from a local joint: Thai Foon...they call it Jap Chap, but it’s actually a Korean dish...Jap Chae using these sweet potato starch noodles (they call them glass noodles). These cooked up beautifully in about 8 minutes with no soaking (bag said to soak but no. I didn’t). Anyhow, when mixed with a mild stir fry of sesame oil, garlic, and fresh crispy veggies...shiitake mushrooms and thin strips of steak....well it was delicious. I will definitely buy these again when the hankering returns!!

This is a large bag of noodles that you can make a couple 4-serving meals out of. These are exactly the noodles I was looking for to make Japchae, and it came out great! The bag is not resealable and the noodles are messy to handle, so I gave it 4 stars. But they are great noodles!

I have no complaints, the taste is good, they are easy to prepare even though they come as a very large and long bunch that has been folded once to fit into the bag. Hard to pull apart (but not the end of the world either!) and to soak because it is so long (and tough to cut with scissors). But that said once you manage all that and cook it (and make sure you rinse or add oil or some sauce to make the noodle less sticky), then it is delicious and a healthier alternative to other noodles from what I have read online (lower GI I understand).

Buyer, beware!!! Amazon changed the product of this position. Ignore good reviews about that noodles. I bought these noodles a while ago and they were amazing with only one ingredient - potato starch. See the pictures. What are they’re selling now under this position it’s absolutely different ingredients with coloring.

Excellent product. Bought some for my mother who is happy to find something easy to prepare and is gluten free. We both love it.

Love these noodles, especially since they’re one of the only ones I can find from Korea. Hope they’re not being discontinued!!! Edit to my previous review: looks like this product has been reformulated with a slightly different ingredient list, and now I cannot have it. I had this on subscription, and the most recent one I received, besides having different ingredients, was also expired. Very disappointing.
