Great Bang for your Buck for comfy Cot
Item arrived quickly and was easy to set-up. Instructions okay, but watched a youtube video for hints and how to best tension the legs. Have not used in field yet, but cot held my 230 lb, 6' 4" (193 cm) frame well. My head and feet are just at the ends of the cot. Sideways sleeping was fine directly on the cot (without a sleeping pad or bag). Easy to disassemble and stores well in the provided stuff sack. After being on it for about 20 minutes in various positions, didn't notice and significant stretching or sag. I expect some over time with use. This might not be the strongest or lightest weight cot, but for car camping or bike camping it packs small and travels well. I wouldn't take it backpacking, as space and weight are a premium. This appears to be a real gem re: value versus cost. Time will tell regarding quality. -----------------UPDATE-------------------- Tried in the field and works well. No permanent sagging or stretch for my 230 lb body. My only complaint is that my inflatable foam mattress easily slid around on the cot with tossing and turning. Often woke up with the mattress half-off the cot. I am sure I could come up with a set-up to reduce this.

Awesome cot for a low price
Awesome cot! Low weight, high durability and comfortable. It packs small and is easy to assemble. Highly recommended. For the price I give it 10/10

Excellent sleep, quality materials, superior compact size and durability, but LOW!
These cots are beautiful (we got teal and the earthy green color) and compact. They set up very easily and are very sturdy and will last a long time from all I can see of the materials. My husband and I have both used them and have slept very well with an inflatable camping pad on top, bundled to the cot with bungee straps, then a sleeping bag on top. The bungees hold the air mattress on the cot to avoid slipping around while turning in the sleeping bag. The air mattress is needed because, even though the mattress has no hard bars going across, the tension is so firm I could feel it in my hips without the pad. With the pad, however, the sleep is perfect! The only reason I dropped a star is due to the height. It is very low to the ground. We are in our early sixties and, though we're fit, the ease of movement getting OUT of the cot is a little awkward. I suggest ensuring there is something nearby the cot to pull up on (plus, perhaps a padded mat beside the cot to protect the knees from the hard ground), otherwise one has to roll out onto the floor and get up from that position. If it was just a tad taller, it would be easier to get up and out of the cot. The length and width are perfect as is the compact size when stored in the drawstring bag, all easily fitting inside. The cots solve a lot of comfort issues when tent camping. These are great for keeping in a small home for overnight guests (but not seniors!). We will continue to enjoy our cots with padded floor mats and a sturdy table nearby to pull up on.

Better than sleeping on the floor.
I bought this for a trip to see family that didn't have a guest room and had little space. I considered this or regular cot and went with this as it could do double duty if I needed to car camp during travels. It is very comfortable, but it is also very close to the floor. So if you are not flexible and limber and able to easily get up from a very low position (the floor) I would look for other options. The cot is well designed and sturdy. So far so good. I have used it a handful of times, coupled with a thin backpacking mat, and found it to be comfortable. It assembles and breaks down easily.

Perfect for car camping
BACKGROUND: I took a risk on a last minute camping trip and decided to upgrade my comfort level. I have some back issues and no longer want to sleep on the ground. But I also value a compact and lightweight. COMFORT: I am very impressed with the comfort level of this cot. This keeps you about 4-5 inches above the ground which makes a huge difference if there is moisture or rocks under the tent. It is well designed and assembled so that the bedding is firm but has a little give for comfort. It feels very secure and doesn't creak or make any noise as you move around in it. I used it with and without an extra sleeping pad and didn't really notice a difference. UTILITY: The design helps with a little extra storage so I found I could tuck some extra clothing or grab bags under the cot at night. The compact size when disassembled makes it very easy to keep packed in my go-to tote with all my other camping gear. The only recommendation I would make is to put some padding under the 8 feet so that they don't dig into the bottom of the tent material. I didn't see any damage after 4 nights, but I imaging over time, it could cause a tear. ASSEMBLY: I had no trouble assembling, but it does take a little leverage to bend the support legs into place. I had to help my friend with hers, because it can be a bit tricky. I ended up buying two of these, and will be using them on all future car/camps. Not sure I would take the extra weight on a back-country back-packing trip, but it probably would be worth it.

Lightweight but strong backpacking cot
This is my second marchway cot. I bought this as a spare. I have used the first green marchway for 8 day camping trips and find it more comfortable than ground pads and inflatable mattress’s. Fits well in the side bags of my motorcycle and setup/takedown is fast and easy. More importantly it gets me off the floor of my tent allowing better air flow.

compact, sturdy camping cot
Compact, more comfortable than sleeping on the ground but you should probably use a pad also for warmth and comfort, but it gives a nice, even surface, no bumps. Nice to not be on the lumpy ground. I think it will fit in most 3+ person tents. Feels sturdy. The first time I used it, it as a little fussy to set up because there's a lot of tension on the crossbars, but once i got used to that, it was pretty easy. It's kind of hard to get all the pieces back into the stuff sack, but then it's very compact and only a bit more than 4 lbs, so very portable. Great for car/tent camping. It is not a backpacking cot!

We bought 2 cots and both tried them indoors. Assembly is all about leverage. As a 50something woman I found it easiest to stand with the top of the cot against me, insert the bottom "hook". Then place my right hand out of the way of the hook, straighten my arm, and use my weight to push down on the hook end while holding the side bar up against my hip with the left. It worked well. Once a center support is in, the rest is a piece of cake. We were both comfortable without a pad underneath is. Neither one of us could feel the bars under us. We'll still use our Ecotek pads for extra insulating against the cold because this is Canada lol. The cots are super lightweight to carry. We also have a double cot tent and it's brutal to get in and out of the car when car camping. These cots will save us a lot on hotels when we travel and will allow is to travel much lighter. We like hammock camping a lot but it's hard to find properly spaced trees every time. When I go motorcycle camping again one of these cots will be fabulous.
