These are a game changer. I’ve had pots since 2014, and have spent endless amounts of money for sodium filled drinks like LMNT. As others have stated, these don’t dissolve in water AT ALL. I take one, and let it dissolve some in my mouth, then swallow. I’ve tried others, and they have bothered my stomach. This brand does NOT(and I’m very sensitive) I started at 1 a day as a tester, then moved to 2-3 a day. I can now use cheaper powder electrolyte drinks, and get the sodium I need without spending 47 dollars a box for LMNT. I have felt better since taking these for about 2 weeks now. My body seems to need around 3000mlg of sodium a day. This helps by making sodium consumption faster, and easier. This is way better than using packs of salt under my tongue. I also like that these are easier to take in public versus carrying around packets of LMNT. I DO take them after some food, and not an empty stomach just in case

My system depends on a minimum of two grams of this daily. It’s not always easy to find so I feel confident knowing this important need will be fulfilled by my Amazon subscription

I take three tablets a day for POTS/Dysautonomia. This is much cheaper than a prescription.

I feel the difference after taking and notice w when i don't. Wont be wasting $ on electrolyte drink packets. Will definitely buy again.

I have to take sodium tablets. It’s nice to be able to get the bigger size tablets in the larger bottles.

Needed this for POTS... My doctor wanted me to start on 500mg sodium chloride, but no one makes that lower strength tablet anymore apparently.This product caused burning in my throat, caused considerable nausea, and induced vomiting two different occasions. I tried on an empty stomach, with food, & also made sure my water was cold. I even went so far as crushing one up and put it in an empty medication capsule from Natural Grocers... it still upset my stomach.In the trash it went!I'm going to fill the remaining empty capsules with my Redmond's Real Salt and see if that works/helps. If not, it's on to Himalayan pink salt.
