If I didnโt have this I would have had to return my lampshade , which I really loved

Fixed crooked lamp shade
I had previously purchased a light bulb clip to allow for a lamp shade I got at anthropology on a lamp base I purchased at Ikea (not compatible) and the lamp shade was always crooked. Wish I had fixed the issue years ago. Would have saved me a lot of irritation. Anyway, this fixed the problem with a lap harp in about 2 minutes. No more crooked lamp shade.

Great fix
This item really helped me overcome and issue I had with a few lamps. I had shades made for a traditional harp and lamps made for the ring with a nut. With this I was able to put the two together. I personally think it is too expensive and that is why I didn't give 5 stars.

It is a lamp part
It did what you would expect a lamp part to do

Expensive but what I needed
$7 for a little lamp harp saddle was more than I expected to spend, but worked perfectly to change out a lampshade on an IKEA lamp. Wish they came in different colors but overall happy to find this because it was exactly what I needed.

It sits wobbly
The hole opening is very big so now the shad is slipping sideways. Wish it wasnt such a hassle.

Perfect fit for IKEA lamps
Works perfect on Ikea lamps that have non-standard bulb fittings. I tried a bunch of harps/adapters and this is the only one that worked. It's a little tight at first but just twist it a bit and it will slide right on.
