This shell key fob worked perfectly with my 2015 Tahoe. I was able to easily open my old fob and remove the board and battery and put it into the new fob. The old key fit into the new fob, so I didn’t have to get a new one cut. I read a review that said you can use your old fob back on the new fob if you want to keep your emblem. (Mine is the Chevy bow tie) The old fob back does NOT fit on the new fob. If you really want the emblem, you can pop it off the old fob back with a screwdriver and glue it on. Definitely recommend this fob! Shipping was very fast, the fob was super easy to switch out. I am going to place an order for my spare fob next.

Perfect fit for my car! Programming was simple and it works like the original, but it needs to be placed in the car’s key slot every time to be recognized. Still a good product overall.

Feels solid and works perfectly. The buttons had worn off my OEM fob so I picked this one up. You can not swap the buttons out with the OEM ones. You have to use the whole new fob. I was hoping I could keep the branded back but it wouldn’t work. Nonetheless, this is a solid replacement. Easy to swap out the electronics and so far works just as well as the original OEM fob. I will definitely buy again from this company.

Great key fob that arrived quickly and works as if it came straight from the factory the day I purchased my vehicle. Seller is also great. Seller reached out to make sure we didn’t have any issues our fob and that everything was to our standards. The key fob case is fine and looks like the original. However, I was unable to use the backside cover with the Chevy emblem on the new case. It didn't snap down all the way on the other half of the new fob and the emergency key would not lock into place. The only way it worked was to use the new key fob in its entirety. I looked for a long time to try and figure out why I couldn't use the old key fob back with the new fob front, but nothing stood out that was causing the issue so I gave up. If you don't care about not being able to reuse the Chevy emblem, then this key fob appears to be fine. The emergency key works fine in the new case.

Works perfectly. My husband had no problems moving the insides of the old remote to the new one.

Key fob will not program to my 2020 GMC Terrain. Tried several times and even installed new battery. Guess I got a defective one bc we tried programming several times and original programs without issues.

It was perfect. I didn’t need chip. It works great. I haven’t had any problems with it.
