I liked EVERYTHING & I disliked NOTHING!!! I bought a similar item about 4 years ago but I was literally amazed at the difference today. I was impressed!!! The way it hung right up, how the magnets aligned & held tight, the PERFECT FIT!!! We use this in the doorway from the kitchen to the garage. Why? Because we must leave the kitchen door open to the garage so the dogs can go into the garage and out the doggie door installed in a door leading from the rear of the garage to the backyard. We have not had more than four days that were under 100 degrees this July. It seals all of the heat in the garage out of the kitchen. It maintains the air conditioning in the house COMPLETELY!! It looks great and is 100% fully functional. I see no way there could be ANY improvement. My wife and I are literally flabbergasted. We love it.

We have two pups and need to provide free access to our backyard through our sliding glass doors. We live in a desert area where the temps get into the triple digits during the summer and have tried a few plastic, supposedly 'thermal' magnetic door curtains; none of which fit the door properly, didn't do well at keeping the heat out and began to fall apart after a period of time. This one appears to be much better designed using better quality materials; it fits the door almost perfectly and does a great job of keeping the heat out and our living room much cooler. Since installing it, we have noticed that our air conditioner is working a lot less to keep the house cool. So, although this one is a little more pricey then some of the others we've tried, in the long run it will actually save us a little money.

I purchased the Thermal Insulated Door Curtain because the insulation in the addition of our house is terrible. Without this curtain, the cold, snowy temperatures from the addition would seep through the kitchen and cool down the entire first floor. With the curtain up, the rest of the house stays toasty warm. The only odd thing about it is the glittery, lacey fringe at the top, which seems unnecessary. Despite that, I love this product and would definitely buy a clear one so I can see through it.

I bought this because I live in an older home and although it’s well insulated, the door leading from our kitchen to the porch was drafty. Weather stripping didn’t help. This insulated door panel, which I have dubbed “the space door” is amazing. Tonight it was chilly. When I checked the door, there were no drafts, and when I went on the porch I was hit by cold air. I could not believe how well the space door works. We have dogs and a cat and they have all quickly figured out how to go in and out. There was only once instance of the dog not checking to see if the solid door was open on tbe other side. She bonked her head a little (I may have laughed) but now they know to enter slowly. I have already recommended this to my parents for their house. I would buy it again.

This product is not what is advertised. It is of such poor quality I am shocked there weren't more negative reviews. Upon installing the product I noticed that every single threading creating the cross hatch look is loose or completely missing. There is some hideous lace at the top of it which would cause more harm than good to remove. The Velcro included for installation is also cheap which means it will probably not last long enough to make this 'curtain door' effective at all. I will be sending it back for a refund. I have zero interest in exchanging.

I absolutely love this thing! I live in Montana and we have really cold nights here and unfortunately the place I live isn't the most energy-efficient so I bought this thing to help me save a few bucks on my electric bill and I have no regrets! I'm not sure why anyone would buy it to try and negate sound (it definitely wont), BUT if you are trying to help keep your place warm during cold months than I absolutely recommended it! Thw magnets work really well and it holds to the door frame tightly. There are times that night when it gets really cold and I can stick my hand between the two magnet flaps and feel how much cool air I'm preventing from coming into my place!!!! This thing is definitely helping to keep my electric bill lower than it was last winter!

The curtain itself is okay but the mounting system is not well designed. It mounts using velcro tape which one puts on the doorframe. The adhesive on the tape is too weak; once the curtain is mounted if one tries to adjust it, the mounting tape comes off the doorframe with the curtain. The width of the curtain includes the borders which mount on the doorframe. Make sure when you measure to order that you include the width of the doorframe in that measurement; otherwise the curtain will be too narrow and will not close properly. For example, our 30 inch doorway has 3 inches of doorframe; the proper size for it is a 33 inch curtain.

Great for the price 1/5 of the cost to install an interior door. Easy installation looks great grandchildren will be amazed by the fact that it closes itself after they run through it i had a curtainrod up with a curtain the kids just kept pulling it down. This one i have not even had to do minor adjustments on. So it is a blessing and i dont have to keep getting up to close it behind them.

Benutze sie im Winter mit Spannstangen im Camper, um das zugige Cockpit und die Schiebetür zu dämmen. Funktioniert bestens und ist eine preiswerte Lösung, die nicht ganz so hässlich ist. So bleibt die Heizungswärme länger dort, wo sie gebraucht wird. Auch ideal, um z. B. Eingangstüren zu dämmen.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour installer à l'entrée de mes combles aménagées (pour fermer l'escalier qui monte) car il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la pièce. J'ai été super surprise car ça coupe super bien le chaud et le froid ! Le système avec la port aimantée marche super bien et permet et d'ouvrir et de fermer facilement. Facile à installer avec les double face et le velcro. Attention uen fois mis en place, il ne vaut mieux pas enlever le velcro car cela arrache le double face.

Ayant un appartement triplexe, je souhaitais isolée les pièces du haut, pour que la fumée de cigarette ne rentre pas, en même temps cela permet à mon chauffage de rester en bas.
