I don't think so. I would be afraid to continually wash them. I would use them for candles only

I don't know because it didn't happen to me. I think you'd have to contact the company. But if you can do so, I'd suggest buying another box and saving the others as gifts.

They are 2 1/2" deep and 2"wide at the top.

How long do the tealights burn?

These are just the tealight candle holders. You need to put your own tealights in them. I think tealights normally burn about 3-4 hours.
