I received a message saying undelivered. Do you not have anymore of this rice left for sale?

Hello, we apologize that your order was undelivered. We do have this rice in stock. Please contact Amazon Customer Support so they can find out what happened. Thanks! Khazana

Do you have to wash this rice and soak it before cooking it ?

We recommend always rinsing rice before cooking it. There is no need to soak it but if you do, it won't lose the smoked flavor.

I bought this rice 6.99 for 2lbs why your price is 18.97

Where did you get it for 6.99? I think we paid $10.99

does it allergen free?

Yes it is allergen friendly, contains nothing but basmati rice infused with smoke flavor during the process!
