I am so happy with this box of filters. Not only did it arrive in a box to protect it, it didn't get smashed or damaged! I personally think coffee tastes better when I use these filters and I've been using them for years and years. They are functional and I bend over the edges on the base so the design fits the coffee maker and is easy to use. These filters filter out what you don't want and let the flavor through. They are unbleached and have a cloth like texture. The quality is undeniable and they are worth every penny that you pay for them. I have tried different brands and these are the clear winner.

This is the second time I order these, 2 boxes both times, went through both no problems whatsoever. Been having one of those ninja coffee bar single serve machines, (not k-cup style), for a few years now. Good machine, but the mesh filter that came with it does not completley do it's job. Now I've had this model a few years, so they may have fixed this issue by now. Issue is the mesh filter of course keeps the general coffee grinds out of my coffee but allows the finer stuff in the grinds to pass through into my coffee, so I would get quite a bitter taste when I got to the end of my cup. Bought the right size filter for this machine and just put it in the mesh filter and that fixed everything instantly. Problem was a few months back our area for some god unknown reason quit selling #2 cone filters, no idea. So I looked around and found these online. Box is just as thick as the stack so it doesn't take up much space at all. They do their job no problem, and also despite being wet when I'm pulling out the filter that is not only wet but also full of grinds, they do not tear. That's a plus over other brands I've had to use.

Regarding pour-over, I have tried all the cheap ones from Amazon and the performance of those is all over the place. Some drain too fast, some too slow, some I have to sit there and fiddle with the filter. With the Melitta it drains at the same speed every time with no fussing. And the speed is perfect. It's much easier to get a full flavored cup from these vs the cheap ones since the drain times are sporadic. They are worth the extra price for pour-over makers.

These filters usually work well, except now and then the bottom breaks open and I find grounds at the bottom of my mug.

We've tried a number of brands of filter papers. I'm not sure whether it's the material of the paper, but they seem to let the water percolate through the coffee more effectively and a bit slower. The result is better coffee. I'd always buy this brand when available.
