OUSTANDING RESULTS!
This product is freakin amazing. Ignore the negative reviews, those are people who have no clue. I ran one can through my 2012 Jeep Liberty V6 that was getting 12-16MPG and had poor pedal response and no acceleration. I had put plugs and wires, air filter because we just bought it for my daughter and it had 118k miles on it. We took compression test and it was fine. Narrowed it down to possible carbon buildup. Well CARBON BUILDUP INDEED! This thing smoked during the entire can during idle and almost none when driving. Immediate increase in acceleration. Fuel mileage restored to 15-19MPG, which for 118k miles is good enough! I felt the car had more to give so today (a week after the first can) I ran a second can through. This time it did not smoke during idle, but on the road test it burped quite a bit of smoke and the check engine lite came on and went off. no big deal. I was right, she did have more to give! I got MORE acceleration the 2nd time! At the time of writing this, I did not have the mileage into it to retest the MPG, but I will this weekend. I suspect 16-20MPG now. FREAKIN AMAZING STUFF for under $40! NO brainer! I also ran a can through my son's 2014 Chevy Sonic 4cyl (68k miles) and it did not smoke at idle. During the road test, It was sputtering badly to the point I had to use manual shift to rev up the RPM's. Check engine lite blinking. I stopped, let the engine recover and pulled out onto the main road. It started to accelerate and then almost died. I lost all power momentarily. Then this Hiroshima cloud came out the tailpipe, HOLY CRAP WAS THAT A MASSIVE DENSE CLOUD! Afte that, it cleared up and once again, we got the same results, much better acceleration and a 2.4MPG increase, it now gets 29MPG city! (prior was 26.6MPG). I ordered 2 more cans to run through my 2012 Silverado with 788K and my wife's 2017 wrangler with 50k. These cans are worth the investment, you immediately get it back and then some in recaptured MPG, let alone the better performance factor.

2024 Mazda 3
5 stars for ease of use and the included attachments. This is the way to go unless you have a helper. Took the intake hose off on both ends (from throttle body and airbox) so I could make sure the yellow hook attachment was seated properly and pointed to the center of the throttlebody. Didnt have any pooling issues or leaks. Started up right away and drove around my neighborhood and kept it at the speed limit. Yes it costs more than CRC but then again its set and forget unless your car stalls or something. I got the can going and cleaned my windows. Just easier and faster. Im starting this on a one year old car and planning on using it every year.

Surprised with positive outcome
2013 Mini Cooper S. Had a P0303. Already put in new plugs and coils. Ran additive in tank, with no change. Thought maybe it was fuel system, an might need to swap injectors. Bit more research and saw these cars are horrible with carbon build. Decided to give it a try. Throttle body is under intake on backside of engine, so had to inject the stuff a little further upstream. Didn't change idle at all, and no smoke while can was connected. But after sitting ~20 minutes, car smoked bad. Drove it until it cleared. Then drove it hard to try to get misfire again, nothing. Drove more to get it to try, nothing. Accelerated smoother, and so far so good. Haven't driven enough to see if mpg has changed.

The provided application kit is well thought out. Easy one person job. Take it easy at first.
2016 Mazda CX5 with SKYACTIV GDI engine and 56k miles. Thought it was time to clean the intake valves as a preventive measure. I bought this kit because I liked the thought that went into it with adapters and flow control devices to make the job easier and they did. I used the silver flow control device for my 4 cylinder engine then assembled tubing and yellow straw as directed. Then I loosened the air intake tube just upstream of the throttle body, inserted the curved yellow straw as directed, reassembled the air intake tube, idled the engine, locked the can button and started injecting the solvent until it ran out. Then it was a simple matter to remove the straw and button everything back up. I noted that with the silver flow control I did not choke the engine so it idled smoothly during the process. The car started right up but I made the mistake of not taking it easy to burn off any excess fluid and I stepped on it to test. Big mistake. The car stumbled, threw a code and went into 10 mph limp mode. Got home, erased the code and all was well. Lesson learned. In the end, the process was so easy that I won't hesitate to do it at every oil change.

Easy to use
Good stuff that works well and lots of attachments to use though either the throttle body or a vacuum line.

Cut off end of clear hose before using to get tight fit
Works good. Follow directions, be sure clear hose stays on properly or will ruin paint and plastic when pops off.

Didn't Expect Such Results
I own a 2010 Nissan Murano with 135K miles on it. It was experiencing some pinging (Pre-ignition) during warm up. My mechanic neighbor commented the computer should be noticing that and making adjustments "unless your engine if full or carbon deposits." So, I read up on carbon deposit cleaners and chose this product. It was a simple 15 minute procedure to connect everything up and idle the engine while the product was ingested. After a 30 minute wait, I jumped in the car for a quick run to the gym (about a 15 minute drive). As I accelerated, the car stumbled and then a cloud of white smoke that looked like I dropped a quart of oil into a running engine came out of hte exhaust. This was directly in front of a crowded park and I am sure the folks there were not happy. I drove until the exhaust didn't have any smoke (about 20 minutes). There were no other episodes of stumbling or poor running... just smoke under accelertion. Since then, I have not had any other episodes of the smokey exhaust and everything is normal (fluid levels, no check engine light, etc.). It took about 100 miles where I noticed some improved mileage (nothing significant), no more pinging and the throttle response is sharper. My neighbor mechanic thinks it took 100 miles for the engine computer to relearn, as it dealt with the deposits for its entire life

Either new formula or defective can, product is a disappointment.
**** EDIT**** I commute, put on lots of miles so use this product almost every year. Following instructions and prior experience, it took over 30 mins to empty can. Car didn't smoke or struggle like the last time. After waiting 30 mins post administration and doing the 10 min drive, again, no smoke or chugging like it did every other time I used this. Either its a new formula or the can wasn't delivering the product fast enough to be effective. Disappointing considering the cost compared to other options. ***** EDIT***** 2015 Subaru 110k miles. Bought for preventative maintenance and noticed decreased MPG. Wasn’t expecting much noticeable difference but definitely smoothed out idle and quickened throttle response.. Easy to install kit and easy to follow instructions. Took only a few mins to set up and break down. No lights or issues during the service. Waited 30 mins after the service then did 10 min ride as instructions stated. Had a little rough idle and acceleration With lots of smoke that cleared up in about 2 mins of driving. Ran great after that. With price of gas now days and what a shop would charge for a fuel system clean, this is a bargain. Curious to see how and if it affects mileage. Definitely suggest
