Great supplement for energy needs. The first day I took it, I felt so energized. I notice a huge difference every time a take the vitamin. No weird taste, pills normal size and not a giant horse pill. Great quality and value. I love the added addition of spirulina for a boost of extra nutrients. Definitely recommend to all, regardless if vegan.

I feel more energetic and require fewer naps. The smell isn’t the most appealing but you only need one capsule per day!
