I purchased a ceiling fan for my bedroom not paying any attention of how I’m going to install it. I believed (stupidly) that I could attach it to the ceiling. Not the case when you have a plaster board one. This brace did the job bit perfectly highly recommend it and thank goodness Amazon sells it.
