Tastes good and fresh. The texture is good but little runny. I put in the fridge.

I used this pistachio butter to make the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate, and it turned out amazing! Mixing it with melted white chocolate and crunchy kadayif was a hit with the whole family. We loved every bite! However, considering the amount you get, the price feels a bit steep.

Well, in this case, not quite. Mainly, it is not sweet at all. You really need to add something sweet to it or it is pretty inedible in my opinion (it tastes like ground pistachios, which is good, but... bitter). Also, it is runnier than most peanut butter, but I'm okay with that.So, I am still on the hunt for a pistachio butter with some sweetness included, and will try another brand, but I will come back to this one if the others aren't better.My quest for Pistachio butter started when my wife brought me back some "Fils Supreme De Pistache" from France, and it was more like a pistachio version of peanut butter - you could eat it with a spoon and it was delicious. It was very liquidy, more so than this is, but I don't mind that so much, though it was easier to make a mess if you try and eat it with a spoon.First time I looked on Amazon a year ago there was no pistachio butter, now suddenly there are 10 options! Exciting. This is the first one I have tried.

This Pistachio butter was definitely not what I thought it would taste like. The jar came well sealed and protected in the packaging. The texture was smoothand a bit too thick, it was very nutty and a bit salty. I really enjoyed it!!! I immediately started to think about ways to incorporate it into my baking recipes. This pistachio butter mixed with white chocolate would be a great dip for cookies or to pipe inside donuts, etc... it is delicious!!! THANK YOU.

What I like about this product is that it's just pistachios, not a bunch of other ingredients added. And it tastes good. Some reviews here say it tastes like nothing, but maybe they got old stock, I don't know, but mine tasted like you would hope and expect: like pistachios. I have to echo some others on the texture though. It's runnier than peanut butter and once in the mouth it wants to stick in there like glue. I feel like this wants to be used inside of something like a pastry, or stirred into something else, as opposed to eaten on crackers or other direct-contact uses. It's also really expensive for the itty bitty jar you get, but pistachios start off expensive before you even shell them, much less process and package them into something like this, so that's not too surprising. It was worth it to me to satisfy my curiosity, but if I find myself in need of pistachio butter again, I'd probably make it myself as best I could using directions you can find online.

The Roasted Sea Salted pistachio butter from The Pistachio Factory is now my absolute favorite nut butter. It's so good, I can eat it by itself! This is not excessively salty, just a hint of salt, enough to help bring out the natural sweetness of this pure pistachio butter.I eat it on toast and it is delicious. I also use it to make my homemade pistachio sauce for iced pistachio latte! To make the sauce, I combine 1 teaspoon of The Pistachio Factory roasted sea salted butter with 1 Tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk plus a few drops of water until I get a glossy consistency. You can use more/ less butter and condensed milk to your taste. I use this sauce and 1 Tablespoon of pistachio syrup for a double shot espresso iced latte with 4 oz of cold foamed milk. Better than store-bought coffee!If you are a pistachio lover, buy the 8 oz size, you won't be disappointed!!Highly recommend this butter. Yum!

The butter was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. I'm sensitive to both almonds and peanuts so I was happy to find pistachio butter. This product is super delicious, and a little goes a long way. Very filling. The jar is smaller than I pictured, but it has lasted quite a while because it is so filling. The butter is not very thick which is nice for spreading on crackers or other items. I can eat cashew butter, but it is usually so thick it tears what ever you put in on to pieces. This butter is perfect for using as a spread.It is expensive so I use it as a desert type item.

More liquid than a peanut butter (more oil in pistachios perhaps?) so the consistency is more like a dip than a spread. Still makes for an excellent sandwich (with strawberry-rhubarb preserves it's... next level excellent).Also outstanding for dipping. Granny Smith apple slices with this are WONDERFUL. Was going to try some baking (e.g. top some macaroons) but we went through both jars before I got a chance.BONUS: the jar and lid survived a top shelf run through the dishwasher and are now in use for keeping doggy training treats fresh.
