I am taking this product to help regulate insulin resistance. I can't tell if it is doing any good. I have lost 10 lbs using Actos and dieting, which I never was able to do without the Actos. I have not lost any more weight, but I am eating more than I did at first. I started out eating 500 cal and am now eating about 1000. I will keep taking it until it is used up and then quit and see if I see any difference without it.
