Our old soup spoon broke, so we were in need of something new to serve our soups with. I’m glad that I found this one! It’s is high quality, sturdy plastic and washes great on the top rack of the dishwasher. It should be a long time before we are in need of another one!

Exactly what I was looking for. Well-made, sturdy, thick.

This scoop is pretty decent but lacking at the bottom of the bowl. It will not scoop at the bottom because it turns up too quickly. The rim should be at a little more of a degree. My old scoop was perfect due to it being broader and not quite as deep. Hope that makes sense.

I have had this for quite a few months now, and it is just like new. The handle is heavy enough to tip the ladle out of a small pot, but as long as you use a spoon rest, you avoid flying soup. The depth of the scoop is pretty good: one to two scoops is usually the perfect amount. Highly recommend!

Comes new on hang card in perfect condition. Matches all my other KitchenAid utensils. My old nylon ladle had the handle come off in the top rack of the dishwasher with heated drying. I couldn’t get it back on due to the melted and dried glue. So since I make lasagna meat sauce, spaghetti, and chicken fajita soup, I needed a new ladle. This ladle is much better than my old cheap one, and I know it will last as all my other KitchenAid utensils have, and when one of the cheap ones breaks, I replace it with a KitchenAid one if at all possible.

What I LIKE about it: 1. Beautiful colour — The colour looks so nice in line with KitchenAid brand. So classic. 2. Ergonomic — nice length, easy to use and sturdy. 3. Quality — quality is consistent with KitchenAid brand, and looks and feels good like a high quality product.
