Love this matcha!! Just received it in the mail and couldn't wait to open it. I just recently got into matcha and have been learning about what to expect from different grades, in terms of color, texture, flavor ect. And WOW!! it's the best I've had yet!!! Color is neon green (which is a must for ceremonial grade) texture is perfect. Flavor is very umame (balanced/harmony) and has a beautiful creamy finish. Not bitter in any way shape or form. Make sure if you prepare your tea hot, to have the water hot but not boiling, as this WILL turn any tea, no matter how high the grade, bitter. A safe measure I take is to whisk it with a bit of filtered room temperature water first, then add hot water. You can always reheat it in small incriments if it's not hot enough. Ok I've talked y'all's ears off at this point but bottom line is it's worth every penny!!

I chose well. After a long search of finding a true ceremonial grade that is meant for drinking straight matcha has finally ended once I purchase this. The taste is amazing. Just how it was meant to be. The savoriness of umami paired excellently with the light bitterness. (It did not taste like grass whatsoever). It is lovely on its own, whisked in a bowl with hot water. Not to mention that it froths up excellently! I’ve been drinking this every morning ever since it was delivered! This matcha passed every test. Right down to the smear test as well. The color is a vibrant green, which was a great first sign! The texture is just right. To prove it, I did a smear test. On a clean sheet a paper; I swiped it and it glided perfectly, sticking to the paper like paste! Thank you, Matcha Wellness. You guys are the best!

Matcha can actually be used for severe things and I used it in several ways. The first way was of course by drinking it and it tastes very good, it tastes earthy which is what it's supposed to taste like. I went to Kyoto some time back and bought some matcha from a company, comparing it to this one, this one tastes much better. The second use was for a face mask. I know it sounds odd but many face cleansers or masks have green tea in them. I used the matcha and honey to make a mask and it made my skin softer, it seemed less inflammated and less red. The next use was as the picture shows, matcha pancakes. They were very good and if you dont like fruit with pancakes, I think you might change your mind after trying these with fruit. There are many other uses as I've baked with matcha too in cakes, etc. Overall this is a VERY good company who knows just the right time when to pick the leaves.

I drink matcha tea, water only, every morning, and sometimes a cold, shaken one in the afternoon. When I run out, I scroll through Amazon's current offerings of ceremonial grade looking for something that is reasonably priced with decent reviews. To me, this matcha has an earthy, slightly grassy, almost savory flavor. It was noticeably different from my last brand. After a couple of days, I found I enjoyed the flavor. It is not bitter, which is an immediate turn-off. The only minor issue is that it does not dissolve as smoothly as some others I have tried, especially when combined with cold water and shaken in a mason jar. I would consider purchasing in the future.

I have just recently gotten into all the wonders of Matcha and am so thrilled to have come across this product. I am not an expert by any means in terms of knowing what good and bad matcha taste like but upon my research I understand how it should look and taste. This ceremonial tea definitely fit the bill. It's rich and not at all grassy and very smooth. I have tried a culinary version of matcha under a different brand name and it was not as enjoyable for sipping (which I understand is not the true intent) but either way, I hear eco heed's culinary grade is that much more superb and people cant tell the difference between their ceremonial and their culinary so I look forward to making my own distinction. I am very interested in trying the mid grade culinary tea, as well, for more experimentations. The follow up email from the company's founder after I received my order, was superb. I responded back and she replied within the same day and was so helpful and obviously very knowledgeable about her product. She even sent me a video on how to brew it properly and get it to froth the way it should (which I was having trouble with) Just the customer service alone is sure fire way to keep me hooked knowing they stand by their product.

The tea is very tasty. We enjoy it's taste and it's delightful aroma.

Matcha is my morning routine. Read the reviews and thought to give this a try. It is not ceremonial grade. It is bitter and does not have a sweet aroma. The color is slightly dull, not bright green. Even a sweetener doesn't help. A good ceremonial grade matcha should not have to be sweetened. I'm going to stick with Midori Spring Organic Ceremonial Matcha ASIN:B00TSSDLGK and Kiss Me Organics Ceremonial Matcha ASIN:B00M27YOT2 - both sold by amazon and both true ceremonial grade!

Un buon matcha da bere, ma, tra i matcha da cerimonia, non è tra i migliori. Ha comunque un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ich trinke regelmäßig Matcha Tee, dieser hier von Eco Heed klumpt nicht und hat ein ganz tolles Aroma und in der kleinen Dose bleibt er lange aromatisch. Sehr gerne vergebe ich für diesen Matcha Tee 5 Sterne.

Sehr feine Pulver mit guten Qualität. Ich habe für backen (Kuchen, Creme, Tiramisu usw) verwendet und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Etwa zu teuer aber es lohnt sich, man merkt Qualitätinterdchied.

Pessimo tè matcha, di un colore verde scialbo, di un sapore strano, inoltre non si schiuma e non rilascia un effetto piacevole. Non è assolutamente un Grade 1. Non consiglio l'acquisto.

Ho acquistato il prodotto in offerta, era molto scontato e ho pensato di fare un affare, in realtà era molto scontato perché quello è il suo prezzo non essendo di gran qualità. Il colore è scuro e non acceso, non fa praticamente schiuma e quando la fa sono bolle grandi che si smontano subito. Anche il sapore non è granché, è piuttosto amaro e pir mescolando molto forma sempre deposito sul fondo della tazza perché le particelle sono grandi e non fino come altri che ho provato..
