I have been taking these Tremella mushroom capsules since receiving it. I am also taking collagen peptides powder, but I can feel the difference, my nails are growing out and my hair has grown thicker and fuller, even though I've already had a lot of hair, but I can certainly feel that my hair has grown fuller and thicker, given I have fine hair. The capsules are easy to ingest and swallow. I usually take it with a meal or after and I take it with water.

Excellent! Was always curious about Cordyceps and so glad i finally tried them. I take Lions Mane with my caffeine in the morning and have for a few years, it always gets my day started nicely after a good nights rest. I used to have a second dose of caffeine mid day but now i prefer Cordyceps in the afternoon. Much easier on the body. The recommended dose is 2 capsules which i found to be a little mild. I take 3 capsules. Love them for running and creative projects. Nice boost in focus, engagement and endurance!

I love this product; it has helped my overall function. It does seem to take a couple of weeks to start feeling a difference, but from someone who suffers from sleep apnea, it has helped me recover from brain fog. I would recommend it to others, but as with any health product, please consult with your doctor first.

Ok, so I initially purchased this to help with NGF. I have nerve damage on my calve & I would experience nightly pain... Not minor pain, might I add. You know when you get your blood pressure checked & the pressure is so intense? Yeah, picture that. Felt like the nerve would burst. Anywho, figured I'd try it out & see if it helped some. Figured if it didn't completely take away the pain, I'd at least get the other benefits Lion's mane is known for. Well, let me tell you. I have only experienced the pain twice since taking these. If you're just tired of catching every cold or flu that's running around where you live this is the answer. Start w 2/ day. You can take much more depending on if you're already sick and do this multiple times a day. I also recommend the FreshCap Lions Mane as it's also very potent and pure.
