Good Upgrade or Replacement
Great replacement for a bad SODIMM or a memory upgrade for your laptop. These installed easily and memory tests proved they were reliable. These were used in an HP 15dw laptop and hav proven to work well. A great buy.

Memtest86 said it passed all of the tests. What I found interesting, is that MemTest86 identified this 4GB memory stick as being "Kingston" brand and being manufactured on the 10th week of 2022, despite me purchasing it in Jan 2026... Seems to be working fine in my NUC, though.

Works in Synology DS220+. Third the price of original Synology RAM. Insert thoroughly!
I upgraded RAM in a number of laptops before so I am not new to this RAM slots. But with Synology I had to reinsert it after first attempt - at first Synology just did not see it. This is more about slot in Synology I think. The module is a steal in comparison with original ones price.

Worked in synology DS920+ with no error messages
It works great in my Synology DS920+ with no error messages. Make sure to seat it very good when you install this chip, I didnt at first and the NAS wouldnt turn on. Also make sure to re-install ALL your HD's before turning the unit back on, I screwed that up too and had to re-build one of my arrays. All and all, works great once installed correctly, would highly recommend especially for the money.

It works very well in my Synology!!
I was somewhat skeptical about this product mainly because the price is way TOO cheaper than the original Synology RAM (around 3 times less expensive). Yet, as I found one review saying something positive about the compatibility of this RAM with Synology (while another recent review says unlucky results), I bet my luck to test it. It works like a charm in my RS820+!! And if I see anything wrong later, I'll post my update here. I HIGHLY recommend this item (so far)!
