Best cereal I have ever known
Excellent breakfast cereal, I have been fortunate enough to have traveled extensively and can honestly say , after half a century , I have never had a better cereal in my life.I personally prefer it with milk and organic honey , nutritious and packed with energy for a busy lifestyle

Bad taste and stale smell
Don't know what has happened to ProNutro but every box I buy tastes bad. Its stale and has a foul smell. Nothing like it tasted the last 40 years or so that I have been eating it. Very disappointing considering I cant have gluten and this was one of the few breakfast cereals I could eat and liked.

Coming from S. Africa I grew up with this fir breakfast. It's quick to make, nourishing and keeps you going all morning. Expensive here in UK but still worth it
