Difference b/w this and the All-Clad Stainless Fry Pan (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00005AL5D/?tag=chrome-purchreview-20)? In 10-inch, the latter is $35 less.

The answer is two inches. My pan is a 12" skillet. You can fit a whole extra piece of chicken in a 12" pan that won't fit in a 10". Frankly, you need both, and I already had a 10" skillet. I would have bought the 14" but my stove probably isn't large enough.

what is ddifference between 4112 and 41126

They are the same pan except that the 41126 has a lid. Statements about 4112 being deeper are incorrect. I believed it and ordered both. Now I am returning the one without the lid (4112) because they're otherwise identical - same dimensions, appearance, and weight. The 4112 without the lid just costs $40 more than the 41126 with the lid. All Clad makes some great products but their model numbers are frustrating.

Amazon has the "All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Fry Pan Lid". If you search for the for the 4112 skillet the lid should show up on the same page. It cost just under $50, but it's good to have.
