Great alternative
Great noodle alternative with very low calories and no carbs.

One of the better konjac pasta alternatives
I've tried several brands of konjac noodles and these are better than most. The addition of oat fibre improves the texture - they still have that 'fishy' smell when first opened, and need rinsing and dry-frying, but they aren't as rubbery as some others. Like other konjac noodles, there's hardly any flavour, but with a decent-flavoured sauce these are fine. They fill you up very effectively!

We are doing keto and missing pasta, found this and it’s brilliant, one packet is a good size for one person, need to rinse it before using but definitely buying this again

Title review White Ghost Noodles & Quantum Calories I have to admit… this pasta is actually surprisingly filling and useful if you want something very low calorie. BUT. The advertising photos should be investigated by an international committee 🤣 On the package: ✨ delicious golden penne, ✨ miracle slim pasta, ✨ 270g!!! ✨ ONLY 9 CALORIES!!! In reality: 💧 half the packet is basically water, 👻 the pasta is pale white like a ghost in a bedsheet, and after draining you suddenly discover: 🤣 “Ah yes… welcome to the quantum physics of diet food.” The smell on opening? Let’s just say the spirit leaves the packet before the pasta does 😭🤣 After rinsing and adding sauce it becomes much better, and honestly it does keep me full for quite a long time. So the product itself is useful. But please… maybe calm down the miracle-marketing energy a little bit 🤭 Packaging shows delicious golden pasta. Reality looks like haunted aquarium tubes floating in existential sadness 🤣 Still useful though!

Weird texture
Nothing wrong with it but I didn't like it. It doesn't taste like pasta and it was very hard to chew and swallow. It had a weird octopus texture.
