Disappointed that there is maltreating as a filler.
This product has to many fillers. It also has Maltodextrin that can have a negative impact on the gut.

Miracle iron pills
Edit, January 2026: these iron pills really do work. My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. Iโve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report. Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way. These feel like miracle pills for me and I'll stay on them as long as I need them.

This product works amazing having ladies issues concerned my iron levels would get low, after taking tablets for a while iron levels back to normal. Excellent and my stomach able to tolerate much better than the doctors one. Thank you for making such a good healthy tablet.

BEST IRON EVER
I have always had very low iron and through the years tried so many different iron pills. This is the first one that I can swallow without issue such as acid reflux or after taste. It unlike others does not cause constipation or sore stomach. I've now ordered my second bottle and feel more energy.
