I wish I had known about this years ago. I tried using a tape measure and still couldn’t get consistent size pieces. This tool is awesome. I did find that soft frosting should be chilled first but otherwise this tool is amazing.

Works well and easy to use!!

I bought this to make tortellini. I felt like I couldn't make the squares the size I wanted them to be. It doesn't stretch out as far as I would have liked it too. I also felt like I had to push it down really hard in the center or it would not cut through the pasta dough. I was a little disappointed with it. It looked like it was well made and sturdy, but overall it didn't work well for me. It could just be me... not being a pasta cutting master.

The trick to this working well is to apply even pressure across all five blades. When you do that, you have great results!

Bought this to cut the flat dough sheets to make stuffed ravioli. Its very helpful in cutting even sizes however needs some practice/training to apply enough pressure on all the cutter wheels that it cuts the dough in first pass. Great Design, satisfied with my purchase. Will update my review after a month of usage and see how easy is the cleaning process.

It was what I wanted.

Both handles bent the first time using it and couldn’t even cut completely thru the first pass. A totally useless tool. I just went back to using a nice pastry cutter and ruler.

At last, I can have a uniform cut on my puff pastry. I am terrible at measuring or cutting a straight line for my French Cream Horns, [aka Lady Locks or Cream Horns]. This device allows me to set the distance and have a uniform cut for each strip. It is also useful for many other culinary projects. I look forward to discovering all the uses for this 5-wheel slicer.

El producto cumple su función si lo que buscas es para su uso hogareño. Si lo que que buscas algo más de uso continuo como para la venta de alimentos, desde mi punto de vista, las ruedas no marcan lo suficiente, otro aspecto es que, aún y cuando estableces las distancias de corte y ajustas los pernos, la verdad es que no tiene mucha estabilidad para cortar-marcar el producto al que deseas aplicar los trazos.

Makes working with pastry sooooo much easier. Good quality!
