These were exactly what I needed. They are made of heavy guage steel. Sturdy and worked exactly for their intended purpose.

I used these to mark where the surveying stakes were placed to provide a longer lasting visible surveying location. These heavy duty stakes should last a life time. Buy the big washers to go with the stakes. Delivery time was fast.

We initially ordered 3 packages of the orange survey markers (2 markers in each package) and they worked so well that we ordered 2 additional packages of the orange colored markers and 1 package of the silver markers. We use the orange markers through the entire yard after the survey was completed and used the silver markers at the two corner points in the front yard as we didn't need them to be so obvious. My husband used a rubber mallet to get them into the ground; they went in so easily and worked very well without chipping any of the orange color off the top of the marker. The orange can be seen very easily but is not so obtrusive in the grass. The survey markers were packaged very well and came with a nice note from the company owner on how best to install them. I would definitely go back to them if I need others or will certainly recommend them to others.
