I was uncertain about trying a magnesium supplement because I wasn’t sure what the results would be. I have issues with sleep, muscle cramps, and regularity, so I figured trying it for a couple months wouldn’t hurt. First things first, no supplement is going to work overnight. That was the same here. I didn’t immediately sleep better, and it took several weeks to feel a major difference overall. However, because of the magnesium citrate in this blend, I did notice a gentle improvement in digestion issues within the first week. The real test, for me, is whether supplements will continue to work while being away from home for longer than a few days. I loved this for my morning dose and I typically would buy two at a time to save having to reorder. I went in to buy more because I am down to my last week and the price has doubled in just under a year. Too bad for me since I now I have to source another product because supplement prices have gotten absurd! My last bottles cost just under $19 each so that shows you what has happened.
