2022 edit: Ok, my old reviews follow below, complaining they don't last long, but after years of use, here is the magic trick (see more tips below): I've had mine since November (8 months--I kid you not, this is hardly a paid review, they would not want me to advertise this), with almost daily use and it still sticks really well. I use non-oily soap first to clean it. As time passes and the surface dulls, then I started using the Buf-Puf Sponge to scrub it. I work on it a bit, with only light pressure and in straight lines (not circular). Let it air dry. It restores the stickiness, it's awesome! Every week or 10 days, or as you feel it loses adhesion. But it does not work with any scrubbing sponge for some reason. I tried a regular Scotch Brite, it did not help. Only Buf-Puf, the orange one. Worth the investment, for sure. Also use one for your face, it's a great exfoliator. --UPDATE: At 9 months, I ordered a new one. The problem was not adhesion; it still stuck very well. The surface however had become lumpy and this transferred on the skin. It did go away during the day and I still don't have lines on my chest, but I felt I got enough out of it. Make sure not to rough handle it when you scrub. The manufacturer should find a way to make these last longer--this is an immense waste of plastic and v expensive, if regularly replaced. Also: DON'T store it face down on any surface, even the one they supply: you cut the life by half! Just leave it face up in some covered container and you will be fine. I actually store it face up on the container, without a lid, and it's still fine. And of course, scrub your skin clean with no creams, oil, or sweat. That's really important. I suspect people who complain it does not stick forget about not putting cream or are slightly clammy. I am 56 and I have no lines on my chest! It's awesome. The problem below still stands: you need to keep some plastic on one corner to lift it off and an on, as the edges lose their stickiness if you keep touching it. Then it's easy for it lift when you are sleeping, which then makes it easier to fall off. You also want to wear a tight blouse to keep it in place. Below are the old reviews. Just keeping for the record. ______________ This was a 5 star review that was downgraded to a 3-star [now back to 5 star], for the following reason: though you will be ecstatic with the results, this enthusiasm will plummet with use, as they don't last long and every morning you will have to spend precious moments getting the bloody things unstuck from your fingers and see how fast the adhesion weakens. As I use not only the decollette, but also the ones intended for the eyes (only I place them at the side creases at the bottom of the neck), this is a royal pain. The solution is very simple and is stated below. They should have a small border that is not sticky all around the pieces, so you can hold it from there, or some kind of tab. Here are 4 life-saving tips: 1. the pad comes with a small plastic strip at the bottom corner of the pad, with half of the strip folding over so that you can pull it. Don't remove it when applying the pad. Keep it on so that you can handle the pad from there, without touching the adhesive surface. Most of the deterioration of the pad happens around the edges when you need to touch the sticky part to handle the piece. So you want to avoid that. Keeping the patch/tab allows you to hold it when placing it and it does not detract from the work of the pad as the area covered is very small. 2. Don't place the pad on the provided plastic cover every morning, as this just cuts the life of the pad in half, as others have noted. I have a small GLAD container, place it sticky side up in there and then just keep it covered and make sure the container does not turn upside down, or it will stick on the lid. (3) always, always, always, strip the skin of any oils before applying and make sure it's dry. (4) you should wash it with a non-oily soap every now and then. The magic trick is to use an abrasive sponge, like the Buf Puf, and scrub the surface. That seems to rejuvenate the adhesion. Bought mine in 6 months ago, felt like it was not sticking, washed it, scrubbed it, sticks like glue again! ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ [Old Review] I mean, it looks like it's new skin. No negatives. Just remarkable and a good reminder that the solution to wrinkles can come from the outside. One day they will make a really thin but quite sturdy silicone that breaths and can be applied for long stretches of time without showing and preventing wrinkles in the first place. Just get a container with a lid and place it upside down and put the cover on. As others have said, this seems to prolong life. And make sure to use an astringent, so you have no oils, before applying. I have only one complaint: they are really not labeling their other products well, it's quite confusing. I want to get for my crows feet and the neck and there are too many options...

I used to wake up with a ton of wrinkles from sleeping on my side. Now I put it on before bed and wake up with NO wrinkles from sleep. My chest looks fresh and younger. I usually do not take the time for reviews, but I think this product is a 6 star. I used one pad and it did not last a month as I used it every day. It did last a little over 20 days and then started to fall off a bit before I would wake up. So I just went to a new one. Way worth the price for 20 uses.

Just purchased my second one of these. It's very effective. Only 4 stars because mine didn't last very long. I'm going to try to extend its life by using the suggestions in some of the other comments. But it does what it says it will better than any other product I've tried.

I am side sleeper and with age started getting ugly wrinkles on my chest. I used other brand that was wonderful but that company “improved” the pad, changed the shape and chemical composition, which gave me severe itching in the middle of the night and left deep imprint from edges. So I got back to search and tried and returned few pads that were creating more problems instead of solving them. Then i found this pad. We are all different and nothing works for everyone. So i will describe myself so it would be helpful for others to make the right decision: I am 5’5 140 lb, cup size C, have naturally dry skin ( but manage it so it’s not actually dry), and I do not sweat at all during night. I am so happy that I found this pad as it really works for me. First, the shape, it’s perfect for not leaving any impressions on the skin because of its thickness. Many other pads made of gel like stuff that wrinkles on its own and creates welts. This pad doesn’t give me any allergic reaction. It does the job that it is promises, i have no wrinkles with every night use. The best of all is that even it is intended for 30 days use, it’s lasting much much longer with proper care. I am using it for a year! and it’s still usable, not perfect as when new but functional for the purpose and does the job. What i do to keep it in good shape is always wash my chest area with good natural face wash before applying; every couple of days I wash the pad with cold but not freezing water and natural (french) hand soap gently rubbing it until it fills squeaky, and put it sticky side up on flat surface to dry. I would highly recommend it to try and hope it will works for you as good as for me! Good luck!

I'm 47, have pretty amazing skin for my age with minimal wrinkles. When I sleep on my side, I scrunch my shoulders forward and literally curl up into a ball so my chest and clavicle areas have started to wrinkle. This product just did not work for me and here's why. I used this pad as directed and had no problems with getting it to stick at first. While the skin that is in contact with the pad does come out smooth in the morning, it's the skin that wasn't covered around my neck and shoulders that wrinkled in places it doesn't usually. This is because the skin (and bunches of breast tissue if you're large breasted) around the pad is forced to fold over and around it, having nowhere else to go, and you wake up with wrinkles and fold marks you didn't have before. I also found that the edges of the pad were pulling upward on my skin as I was laying on my side. I got a mirror to see what was going on, and saw my skin on my chest being pulled like it was made out of chewing gum. Very concerning. The other issue was the skin that was covered by the pad in the morning, though smooth, was rashy looking and had an indention the shape of the pad. It took about an hour to two hours for the redness to subside and the indention to go away. I wish there was something that would work and hoped this would be it. No go though. It seems like the only way this will truly work to avoid weird indentions and new wrinkles is to have a sleeveless turtleneck made out of this stuff! Or these pads need to come in different sizes. Written by the wife: The product came intact in very nice product packaging and wrapping for shipment. It looks like a legit quality product. But, unfortunately this product did not work for me. I bought both the decollette and the collette pieces to help with the beginnings of fine lines on my upper chest and lower neck. During the week I used the products I am disappointed to say that I did not have a positive experience. To give you an idea of the conditions of my experience using this product: We keep our home a cool 68 degrees at night and I am NOT a night sweater. I actually have dry skin as we live in high desert area and I'm in my 50s. I do move several times during the night from left to right but nothing crazy. I do nOT have sensitive skin and have no problem using different products even retinol products. Unfortunately, even with freshly cleaned skin these products slipped during the night. I found the neck piece uncomfortable to sleep in and tried it further down on my collar bone, but it would never stay put. The decollette piece did not slip as much as the collette piece I purchased, most likely because the upper chest area is flat. I couldn't use it any lower, like between my breasts, it just wouldn't stay put anywhere there was a contour. Every morning I found it had slipped to a new location.The last morning, I woke up with small broken blood vessels because of the way it slipped up to my neck and rubbed, maybe suctioned? while I slept. I had attempted this for a week straight and was pretty frusterated already, but broken blood vessels in my skin was the end for me. I did use the product so I won't return it, but sorry to say my experience was a negative one. I saw no change in my fine lines while using this product.

This thing is a miracle product. I am 34 and am terribly annoyed at the large crease I am developing between my breasts. It is so distracting and unattractive. I sleep on my stomach so my breasts are compressed. The crease used to go away but I noticed it had been staying all day now. I started using the SilcSkin Decollette Pad and saw immediate results the next morning. It did whatever it is supposed to do (apparently this is what they use on scars) and the result was dramatic. Not only that but it keeps my chest from creasing due to compression when sleeping on my stomach. My breasts still push together since it is pliable but not in a complete crease (think of the skin as a piece of paper that can fold- you can fold it so it is rounded or crease it by pressing your finger along the fold). Unfortunately if I do not use it the crease will come back again but it is so easy to use I have gone very few nights without using it. It is so easy to clean and you do not need to clean it after every use. I used Bronners and then let it air dry and that worked perfectly. The pad exfoliates your skin as an extra bonus but then of course you will want to clean it occasionally. I would say about once every week. I took another reviewer's advice and store mine on the plastic plate that comes with it but with the sticky side up. Then I store it in my night stand drawer. That way it stays clean but should extend the life of the product by twice as long (since you are not using the "stick" when you apply it and when you put it back on the plastic sheet). Great product- I am quite confident I am a lifer with this product. Looking to also get the SilcSkin pad for the forehead also.

I think this is the second review I have ever written for Amazon. I figured after being loyal to this product, for years, and being REALLY happy with the results, it would be a nice thing to do. Like many women, I'm a life-long side sleeper. (That's not going to ever change) As I got older, I noticed faint wrinkles in the morning, that would fade away as the day went on. As the years went by, the wrinkles started to get get a little deeper and would take longer to go away. Out of curiosity, I typed "chest wrinkles" into the search bar, and this item caught my eye with so many positive reviews. I figured I would buy one. I thought if it didn't work, I wouldn't be out a lot of money. Well, after a couple of days, I had no visible chest wrinkles or vertical lines. This was awesome! I learned over time what I had to do to make the pad last longer. First off, you have to have wash your chest, every night. This is a must! Use a cleanser that is oil free. After a week or so if you don't do this, the pad will begin to get loose, or peel back at the edges while you are sleeping. In addition to washing my chest, I wash the pad every few days with an oil free cleanser. With this routine, I can use the pad for three-plus months. It may not be quite as soft and look as nice as when I bought it, but it still works just fine. I'm so glad I discovered this product! I just thought I would have to train myself to sleep on my back or quit wearing v-neck shirts. If you are beginning to notice chest wrinkles and hate how they look, use this. It really does work!!

This product is excellent and if you can afford it, you should buy it if you have lines on the chest. This is one of the best things I have ever used. When you re order, sometimes you will be sent an offer, so can save money. This product if worn over night will remove those lines on the chest and this is genuine. If lines are deep it may take up to a week or so for them to completely go, so do not give up with it. Those lines will go or be at least 95% better if lines are quite deep. I have no lines on my chest at all but I would have if I did not use this product. When you sleep your chest creases and as you get older take longer to disappear, if at all. You can also put this on when you get up, if you have forgotten to put it on over night and if they are not to bad it will remove them. This product is worth more than 5 stars. If you look after this product, it will last longer.

I'm only 32 but I have very fair, thin skin and I'm a habitual side/stomach sleeper. I've been getting wrinkles on my chest for the past couple of years, but recently they've been getting deeper and they are lasting all day (they weren't going away after I wake up). I've tried the chest saver bra, and while it worked somewhat to prevent the wrinkles from sleeping, it was super uncomfortable and kind of embarrassing to wear. This pad is much more discreet and works a LOT better! I had the package lying around for a few months before I actually tried it because I was sure it wouldn't work. Well I finally tried it last night and this morning I have NO WRINKLES! Like literally none! My chest looks like it should at 32, not like I'm about to turn 50. I honestly don't care how much these cost, they actually work and that's enough for me. I can't comment on how long one pad will last because I've only wore it one night, but based on other reviews I will store it in a Tupperware container rather than putting the adhesive backing on it, to prolong its life. I wish I could personally thank the maker of this product!

Ce pad est particulièrement efficace et surtout si on en prends soin il dure dans le temps. Par exemple , celui que j’utilise actuellement et qui est encore fonctionnel a plus de deux mois maintenant. Je recommande tout particulièrement pour le rapport qualité prix.

Ho provato atri prodotti simili, con buoni risultati come con questo. Le rughe spariscono già dal primo utilizzo. Il difetto degli altri è che si deterioravano prima, la colla si staccava. Questo lo ripongo ogni mattina attaccandolo alla sua plastica, inclusa nella confezione ed il risultato è migliore. Non si stacca durante la notte. Consiglio.
