I laughed. But the price was good so I bought it. And let me just say, I’m very impressed. The bag is sturdy, and coupled with the bandages alone make up the dollar amount. The knife isn’t crazy to a collector like me but it has a great blade and a solid feel. The tourniquet is about what you’d expect, and the survival tools are a nice little added bonus. I took those out and added five 3x6 gauze pads and some wraps so now I have a decent back up first aid kit. Look, if you went to buy every one of these items yourself, you’d be lucky to pay double. This is a good kit to build off of, learn on some of the equipment, and just add some piece of mind to the trunk of your car or a new scouts weekend bag. I’m overly impressed.

I work with youths in a wilderness setting which means that I will typically have someone at some point during the day get hurt. Wether a scrape, bug bite, cut, or worse. This kit has so far come in handy when dealing with someone who fails to keep a wound clean or bandages properly. The other day I was leaving work and had locked my keys in my car. Luckily I had this kit. I popped the strings off of the stake and compass and tied them together, used the wallet multitool to pull the trim back on my car door, and shimmy the string they the car door with a slip knot down to the locking mechanism. This kit has saved my butt a good handful of times and I recommend it to anyone. I plan on ordering a few more and keeping them stocked.

I’m a recreational Maine Guide and have to carry a lot in my pack on a snowmobile between food, tow straps, and emergency gear. I ordered a high end kit elsewhere for $170 but also ordered this kit for my spare sled. For the money it had everything you need and the size is great to be able to carry with limited space.

Wow, I really did not expect to get such good quality items for this low price. Only the pouch, tourniquet, knife and flashlight alone represent more value if you would buy it individually, so you get all the other stuff for free on top! Great value! A big recommendation for everyone who is into any of these items, you won't regret it!

I got this little kit for the excellent pouch but was pleasantly surprised to find it jam packed with good stuff. The folding knife is sturdy and solid, the kubotan pen has some heft and the compass is even pretty good. The metal whistle is much nicer than the plastic ones that come in other kits. There is a little first aid packet inside and a fancy tourniquet. The wire saw is cheap as are the shears but they put the quality where it counts.

By far one the best kit on the market, everything works and works well. I would recommend this kit to anyone. The only thing that needs work is the zippers on the pack bulge out because there is too much stuff in the pack. I’m weary of how long they will hold. Other than that buy you and your friends one of these packs. You won’t be sorry and they will thank you.
