Will this remove dried on road tar off of my fifth wheel?

As for this product, I cannot say. I do know that WD-40 works well for removing dried tar from vehicle surfaces.

Can I use this in a sonic cleaner to wash small engine parts?

I'm sure you probably could! I use this degreaser for everything! Very, very potent stuff!!!

can i use por-15 40101 cleaner degreaser in an ultrasonic cleaner to degrease small engine parts. also would you use it full strength or dilute it?

I swear by POR-15 degreaser, works better then any degreaser I have ever used! I'm sure you can use it in a ultrasonic cleaner without any problems, I would still delute it, even deluting it, it strips the grease off of anything, make sure you are wearing gloves when using it, pretty potent stuff! Maybe try deluting it first, if your not getting desired cleaning go full strength!

I splattered warm Crisco on my cars R fender, will this affect the finish and remove the grease?

This is a strong grease cleaner/remover. I would dilute it to 15 parts water to 1 part cleaner. The cleaner will remove wax. If you are not sure contact the manufacturer.
