I had a small cheap pair, which wouldn't go anywhere near starting my 2.0l diesel when the battery was flat. I would have to wait for hours with them connected to even get close. No so with these! The wires are quite thick, and the clamps are very strong so they make a good connection. Even with a dead-flat battery, these managed to start my diesel car immediately. 100% worth the money, and they come in a neat carrying case. Unless you're starting large trucks, you won't need more than what these can do. My dad was a mechanic and had a huge pair, but that was overkill. I'm super happy with these. A+ 100%!

Very well made and strong, although not as powerful as some I've used. Occasionally I've needed to start the booster vehicle as there's a bit of a voltage drop, but that's to be expected over a 16m round trip tbh. They have always worked though, in regular use in a workshop. I think if they were copper as opposed to CCA they wouldn't require the other vehicle to be running on those occasions but there's no chance of getting copper in this size anywhere near this price. I've given up getting them back in the bag, it can be done but the amount i use them it's too much hassle. The clamps are excellent and just what I was looking for, not plastic. I think they'll stand up to years of abuse not just the months I've been using them. I'm a mechanic and I recommend these, don't waste your time with anything cheaper, you'll just regret it. Buy good products and you won't need to replace them.

So I only got the 4 metre one as this is way more than the old two metre one I had and for some reason my car has a few things attached to the positive pole of the battery so those clamps with a plastic housing can't grip on. This is what spurred me to this one with metal clamps and reviews said cables really good. My 4m one came with 35mm cables which didn't mean much to me until they arrived and my first thought was 'I could start a tank engine with this. If I had gone up to the 6m I think they come with cables so thick you could probably swap them out for the ones on electricity pilons. Anyway - I needed to start a smallish Mazda who's battery was so flat you just got a faint clicking noise if you tried to start it.. Plugged these in and connected to my equally small Honda Civic and car started as soon as I turned the key for a millisecond. Brilliant. Well made really grippy metal clamps just perfect.

Brilliant leads, nice and long, good quality just what was needed

Purchased for a project on a LandRover for a second battery. However, since found out they are way way too heavy duty for what I needed, so I purchased a different set of wires. However, the jump leads appear really well made. The battery clamps are solid and heavily sprung, giving you a really good grip into the battery terminals. The thickness of the core cable is actually very good, approx 6mm in diameter and covered with a sturdy strong plastic coating for insulation. I really like that the positive and negative cable are actually one piece, so no tripping over separate leads everywhere. And they are long, really long. If you can't reach the other vehicle with these cables on your motor, it's a recovery job. I have a old LandRover discovery 2 and the cables are almost twice the length of this. So, I'm going to keep them as they are and use as jump leads. It would have been such a waste to cut them down. If you want jump leads that have a good length and won't get hot, with great grip on the clamps, then these are for you. Definitely a 10/10 stars **********

Just bought the 6m charging cables and I am mightily impressed with the quality for the price point. They are extremely well made. The handles are coated in a relatively thin plastic vinyl coating which I have assumed is thick enough to prevent any risk of an electric shock, but I have asked the manufacturer just to be 100%. Most other leads have a plastic sleave over the clamps. These don't. But they are very well made.

Cumple la descripción al 100% es un producto muy recomendable no tienes que emparejar el auto para pasar corriente, te estacionas atras o adelante y el largo y grosor del cable mas la firmeza de las pinzas facilitan la tarea de pasar corriente.

Ben realizzati e con una sezione del cavo in rame adeguata alla corrente che possono sopportare ! Niente a che vedere con la maggioranza delle "cinesate" dove il cavo è sostanzialmente gomma con un po' di rame e che se la batteria dell' auto in panne è completamente scarica, sono completamente inutili !

Cavi buoni e robusti. Per chi cerca qualcosa di qualità questi sono sicuramente da acquistare.

cables calidad de uso profesional.yo tengo un taller de coches y las uso caso a diario. Ademas tiene buena longitud.
