It's a useful piece of equipment for a home gym. I'm yet to really learn all the exercises you can do with the ladder, but family is already using it for stretching.

Beware of Import Duty/VAT charges
The product is good but read the small print before you buy, you will receive (in my case) an invoice from the Carrier several weeks after delivery for the sum of £101.70 to pay Import Duty/VAT. Lesson learned.
