These work a treat. Had to buy cow’s milk because it was the only milk in my price range at the time. No adverse effects, if you get my drift. I use it in any drink I have that contains dairy products, mainly Jamaican Guinness punch. It’s perfect. It also goes a long way

If you’re Lactose intolerant, try putting 5, drops of this in a liter of milk , to help with digestion

Bought this as I wasn’t able to get skimmed lactose free milk anywhere and this worked out much more affordable. You have to experiment with how many drops you need but the small bottle lasts a long time. You have to be organised as it’s less convenient than buying lactose free milk.

Works really well, could eat cream for the first time in years

Didn't noticeably work as well as I had expected, so I had to use more drops to get rid of lactose in products.

Put lots in two different bottle of Baileys, much more than it recommended and it just didn't work, left it for the required amount of time, even added drops over a period of time, shaking inbetween. Just didn't work.

I use 2 drops per pint. Works out quite cheap. Ended my acid problems.

For some reason, this didn’t work for me. The tablets however worked like a charm. Will recommend that instead.
